On the one hand, I’d love a chance to 1v1 a Lucio god. On the other hand, I’d get so unbelievably wrecked. Not to mention Lucio 1v1s are fucking painful.
Honestly In a 1v1 i didnt realize how good lucio would be. Hes got movement so hard to hit, but the passive heal being up the entire time is so strong. for a support character very interesting when put in a 1v1
Not just lucio, many supoorts are good at 1v1, especially on maps with no health pack. DPS hero are at disadvantage in this situation. But in 5v5, when DPS got heals, and you have to play objective, its a differenr story.
Have you never had to fight a Reddit Lucio in the backlines alone? Lucky lol. Lucio is genuinely one of my least favorite heroes to 1v1 no matter who I’m playing. It’s like fighting a Sombra-it’s super hard to actually confirm the kill. At worst, they just leave lol
@@qiyuxuan9437yeah especially OW2 supports since supports are now adjusted to protect each other in the backline when OW1 you had Mei/Cassidy/Tanks to protect backline. Heck even Mercy is actually scary in a 1v1 if she's willing to pull out her pistol since Mercy's bullets are the size of beach balls so she can't miss and 5 headshots will kill a flanker. The main reason that flankers can 1v1 supports is the element of surprise which lets them get in early damage to even out the fight.

GGS the 1 v 1 was very fun (am the Lucio at the end of the video) But ok in my defense just for context ok, I was 1: Sick at the time of the 1 v 1 plus playing in 2: 170ping plus was 3:REALLY sleepy since it was very late and I just finished studying for exams….. PLUS at the time 4:I didn’t touch any video game in literally 1 week before the 1 v 1 so ya But that 1 v 1 made my day regardless
@@dekustick6870 definitely more killable than a 650 hp hog. The hog should die eventually, and it's not like the hog is ever killing a lucio Also Hog is the very best of the tanks. All the rest don't have healing, only sometimes shield or an extra health ability.

I'm amazed people got round wins at all on DPS due to all damage being permanent
-there were health packs, but it is much harder to use only those- I'm bald there were no healthpacks
