I’ve been watching y’all for a while now. I’m a college raising sophomore and I just want to say lexi, this was not your fastest race but it was definitely one of the best I’ve seen you run. You had that fighting until the last part of the race n even then u still fight. Keep working hard it’ll get better.
Lexi is doing amazing she just needs to get out faster and attack the first the hurdle hard and fast. I’m a sprinter and your block start is the most important part of the race.
I am invested I Love watching Alexa on the track as my children ran track so just to relive the moment is Beautiful I Love the support from both parents I mean just reminds me of my husband and our 7 children ❤❤❤❤

You Musta went to the King of Prussia mall. That mall is huge. I get lost every time you need a map to go through that mall. I’m glad you enjoyed that my husband is from Philly and they can get a little crazy. The food is good at places but yeah, the area gets a little crazy. I’m glad you’re home

I promise u that Philly is a whole vibe lol my family is lives there. But when u said it’s ancient, reminds me of how my mom (who was born there) said she would never live there cuz it “looks rundown”. Downtown Philly is definitely “scary” at night but during the day I definitely can walk around there and feel like I’m in Boston.

The extra fabric comes from a pocket at the bottom of the backpack for shoes (spikes)

Her footspeed is not the issue. She having some rhythm issued in the middle of the race. You can see her hurdle cadence is inconsistent, so she doesnt carry the same speed for each hurdle. Girl will be fine. It will all come together!
