Faby they dismantle walls or drop pallets nearby so if the hunter comes near them or teleports to them, they can vault it for a speed boost and create distance. as for not body blocking, it rly depends on the situation. if it's the first rescue, they will not body block because they need the rescuer to be able to decode after rescuing. if the teammate dies early and there are still a large amount of ciphers left, they will not body block because, again, they need rescuers to decode. another reason could be that the cipher is primed and there is no reason to body block.
I had a good kite with barmaid against geisha and I got downed after doing a 3 cipher kite the team were decoding at cipher all together then the doctor tried to recuse i was basically dead on chair even though it was my first time being chaired and the doctor got terrorshocked then we all died
