This video is really useful - helped me a lot in working out the app which isn't the easiest in the world to use till you get used to it. I despair of the fact that manufacturers do not put in a proper manual (no manual at all) with their products. I have the DD model which is the same and it came with coloured tubing so you need to use the Kamoer app with it. One point about the video. They say that when you attach the tubing to the pump the little plastic clamp should be put flat end towards the pump. I think this is the wrong way round.
Hi. I've change my phone for new samsung s22 ultra and now pump doesn't want to connect with my router . Its same 2.4ghz router . Nothing has been changed . Pump is still working using cloud sets butbi don't have an access to change dosing amounts. Do you have any tips what to do ? I have same pump but DD and there was no issues with connection . Other equipment is working with new phone as well . Cheers
Can you setup notifications on low container levels in the app? I can see there's an alert section but it doesn't really seem to allow me to say anything up. The start and end dates are today's date, must be missing something??
Always skeptical on product that need a piece of software u dont own to even work. What about the app? Are apk available? Would the pump work whitout internet connection? What would happen if at the dosing scheduled time, wifi is down?
Once the F4 is programmed through the app the doser does not require the app unless changes to the dosing schedule are required. Otherwise, the F4 retains time and its programmed dosing regimen, even if the WiFi is down.
Will this setup work with the Hydros controller along with the X1 and/or X1Pro? Also how would you incorporate the following sensors: - Kamoer 2 Liter Calcium CA Container with Liquid Level Sensor - Kamoer 2 Liter Alkalinity KH Container with Liquid Level Sensor - Kamoer 2 Liter Magnesium MG Container with Liquid Level Sensor

It is possible to pump horizontally up from the doser but caution that backflow can be a concern especially running small doses. If pumping upwards I would keep it under 4-5ft of tubing from the doser and place check valves and drip loops with the dosing tubing. Otherwise, I would suggest dosing in the last chamber of your sump.
I am a newbie to reefing. I understand most of the instructions. The calibration I do not understand,its vague. How do you know all the air is out of tube? once this is done ,do fill chamber with liquid,is that what goes in beaker to determine volumne?
You will know when the liquid is flowing steady and constant out of the airline that is being tested or calibrated for about 10 to 20 seconds. Also, generally you can hear and see the airbubbles if there is air left in the airline tubes as the air is being pushed out.

I'm not sure with this model, but with the single head Kamoer X1 PRO WiFi Dosing Pump it states up to a half meter (around 1.5 feet); however, A guy that owned one says it operated fine at 1 meter (3 feet). gl
Sorry for the trouble you had. Your unit was in the process of upgrading multiple times. There was a simple fast resolution so you don't have to do all the updates and skip to the last one. Just need to reach out to us at support.coralvue.com

I just purchased this from Aquacave...4 days agao, however when scanning the QR code or typing "Kamoer Remote" in the Google Play Store, this APP does NOT exist. There isn't a F4 Pro App, it does NOT exist...There are other Apps for Kamoer (which is confusing by itself) \\\Dosing Pump2, X4 Dosing Pump Kamoer Pumps, X1 Pump, Dripping Pro, AquariumCloud2///what am I missing or doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated....

@@paulwizal23d89 Hi Paul, it works great, I will give it a 4.5 out 5 stars, because of the dosing sounds only and the App acts up at times, whenever I open it up to check out the amount of dosing solution days left, before I refill; I used tge Android version...Samsung S20 Ultra, might be different on other phones and platforms.. I have NOT have any issues with wifi, mine stayed on and reconnected instantly...it doses as described, very compact...one other downside is the dosing/pump noise...you can hear it...but the longest I have mine is for 10 seconds at maximum every hour...
@@CoralVueTV I am out of town and my doser keeps going offline. I had a friend go and check and they noticed, no red led light on the doser. I had them unplug it, then plug it, then it showed up online on my phone. Then a few hours later, it is back offline. Not sure what is going on.
@@Theaquaplex Sounds like signal interference if the light on the doser remains on excluding a bad PSU. I would reboot your wifi router to see. It could be just an issue with the 2.4ghz signal the doser uses.
@@CoralVueTV Thanks for assisting via email as well. I remotely reset my eero router device which the doser was connected to, and about 20 minutes later all seems ok...(remotely)...lets see what happens.
We are not experiencing any issues with the Kamoer Remote app. Please make sure you are using the correct app and that you are connecting to a 2.5ghz WiFi band. It will not work with a 5ghz or combined signal. If you still have issues I would suggest submitting a support ticket at support.coralvue.com

@@paulwizal23d89 after the update its working fine , you can dose yoir tank however you need , the onli little issue is that sometimes not always you have to sing in on the app for some reason it dosnt save your username and password and most of the times i forgot the password so i have to create a new one and the website its on Chinese but thats the only issue other than that it works fantastic

There are conversion fittings that can reduce the size found on line or at some hardware stores that have a large selection of plumbing fittings.
Just wanted to see if the included tubing is indeed 3/16? Thanks!
Can this pump be used with 1/4" RODI lines which is what is on my dosing bottles.
Just checked and it does appear to work with standard 1/4in RO tubing.
I have a all in one tank 600 mm high does my doser need to be higher than the tank or can it be half way up and push dosing up to top of tank?

There should be blue markings on the side of the 10ml beaker.

I have aio tank, the pump will be lower than my tank, should that be fine?

So if you can't select 2.4ghz on your router which I cant the product is completely useless!
Curious, is this doser compatible with the Neptune Apex/or Trident?
Sorry it is not. The F4 uses its own cloud based app with no other way to interface with the doser.
