My wife has been wanting a puppy for a really long time and I have been telling her no for the whole year! but.... I caved...
So this is Onyx he is a Husky Malamute mix.

Ah...some of us are crazy cat ladies too. Best birthday present I ever received was a flea riddled, filthy tabby kitten who had been living with all his white siblings and mama in an old couch. RIP my beautiful Gryffyn.

When some one who dont know anythi g about huskys comments.. Huskys do just as well in the heat as the snow. There proof of this they have taken thermal images of huskys in the heat and in the snow both shaven and unshaven and guess what, unshaven huskys rang the same as in heat as in snow. PS never shave your husky that will cause heat stroke if in the heat. But what im saying is a huskys fur help keep cool as it does worm

Huskys aren't made for being alone. They need other huskys, or they can get aggressive. Apart from the fact, that they need many sporty activities. Sadly that the most people do not care and still purchase a husky. And like the most it end up late in the animal shelter. :S

I was surprised with a Husky/Border Collie mix...Oh man, the energy on that dog. Haha She needed constant attention to the point I had to cut hours on my job....totally worth it. She lived a good 14 years. Big ol 90lb lug that thought she was still a puppy lol.

seeing how much my chocolate lab shed and how much fur there was when groomed she had a short coat so no under coat husky , malamutes have (THICK UNDER COAT) so you could make eh like 20 blankets,3 rugs , 3 sweaters with the fur or that is what it looks like seeing the huge amount of fur after grooming
