Ford Maverick 2022 Reverse & Cargo Lights Upgrade from LASTFIT

In this video I explain how to install the reverser and cargo lights for the Ford Maverick 2022. These lights were send to me from Lasfit.com but I did not received any payments to anything about them. This is my true opinion of what I think about this lights. It did for me, I can see a lot more with the white LED on and further back.

Hooked up the LED lighting as per your video. Love the way it looks & works perfect.
However, it recognizes the trailer is hooked up & disconnects the blind spot & cross traffic sensors. Is there a way to bypass so I can have both lighting & the blind & cross traffic working?

Thanks for the comment and I am glad that they came out great. I don’t have blind spots or cross traffic options on mine so I wouldn’t know.

Hi Raffi, I just did this upgrade on my Mav this morning and I noticed on the driver's side taillight, once I pop it into place, once I start screwing, I noticed that it's not flush to the truck. It sticks out a little and you can see inside. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!

That happens to mine after a while driving it. What I did to fix it was not to insert the black stick on the back into the hole. Just leave it out. It seems weird but that what worked for me.

Hi there! I did this upgrade as well. I am having a problem with the 2 pointy metal "clips" that you line up prior to replacing the cover. They will not stay in once I start to tighten the the screws. The tail light keeps popping out where those metal pieces are supposed to be secured, only 1 side does this. Any thoughts?

Hey thanks for the comment, when I was installing this I did notice that the two metal things were actually getting stuck. So what I did was unscrew the screw on the taillight and moved the metal pointy thing on the side and tighten the screw little by little. That fixed the issue so the tail light won’t come loose or move. I hope that fixes the issue. Let me know how that goes.
