These are amazing content. The only thing that sucks is the fact that to get to this channel, we inevitably have done everything that should not be done.

I had to pause the video at 6:10 when Craig says "you have to get to a place if someone doesn't want to be with you, you're ok"
That statement made the hairs on my arm stand up- BE THE MOUNTAIN! Powerful stuff Craig!

Your words Craig have touched me on a deep level..
"You can't control if someone leaves you, you just can't!..
You have to be in a place where if someone doesn't wanna be with you,
you have to be okay with it.. You don't have to like it. You just have to be okay with it.
You need to learn to be okay at the present moment
That is confidence. That is security...
You'll be happier. You'll be at peace."

As a woman, I must say that you are spot on in this video. If my ex bf had done these things, he wouldn't be my ex!

Craig, I’ve been watching your videos and doing your workbooks for a while now. This video is gold. No one teaches this stuff. I was blind but now I see.

This is such a great advice. There is so much I didn't know about relationships that I'm impressed we lasted so long. I had zero knowledge. Getting dumped was the best thing that happened to me. Now I'm in the path of becoming the best version of myself.

you can do all this, be there for her, be curious about their dreams and feelings, and they can still not think of you as someone to be in a relationship with. Work on yourself and dont get attached and worry about yourself. The right person will come and stay and those that don't, dont deserve you as long as you're a great person yourself, not just thinking you're a great person.

I did all of these, for 5 years, and yet she up and left. I didn’t stop her - just let her walk.
There is no set standard or how to guide for women. They’re all different and complex.

I've been a follower and a fan for over 2 years Craig, and I'm always coming back to you because the value these videos hold is phenomenal. I think everyone should watch these however often they need to remind themselves what they need to know and practice.

I totally understand how the guy in the video feels because I've gone through that. Excellent points but I also wanna add one more. It seems like your world just rotates around her, you need to build up your world and stay more rooted in yourself that you will eventually come to the point to love and appreciate someone but also be okay if they leave as you've always had your wonderful self all the long, just that you didn't realize :)

Oh the poor guy in the email :( I really feel for him and can relate to what he is saying. It’s horribly ironic that his greatest fear is more likely to be realised by his own actions. It’s horrible how our minds can trick us. Focusing on what you can control is fantastic advice and being a good partner. That’s all we can do. If you look back and say I did all I could and was the best partner I could possibly be, then them leaving is on them

The part with "the brain will focus to do that" can be read more on this topic in the book of Allan Pease: the answer. It's about the RAS - Reticular Articulate System. Coach Craig knows it, but he is not giving you off-topic information, he wants you to focus on the relationship stuff. Cheers Coach !

I had a great childhood but had a fiance that I had a huge argument and we split up. We had had them before and got back together but this time I think he knew I was done. Due to a few other things that happened he committed suicide. I had a few relationships after that but couldn't get attached. I stopped dating for years and then ended up getting really close to a guy but pushed him away constantly. I had huge abandonment issues and couldn't figure out why. I hadn't dealt with the suicide and once I did it was too late to save the relationship I had ruined but what ruined it was he liked that I was scared of losing him. Once I got my confidence back he didn't want anything to do with me. I know it was a codependent relationship and I couldn't go back even if he wanted since I know he hasn't dealt with his issues.

I want to show my ex this vid, but we just broke up... whenever I'd bring up feeling disconnected, he would become upset and say "but I did _____ for you that one time."

Don't do it. It's not a good idea for her to see what you study. She doesn't care how you "got here", she only cares "who you are" in the moment.

I have discovered that talking to my best lady friend (not the one I am love with) has helped me get through the lady I love ending our relationship and now considering keeping it. My best lady friend has helped me focus on this and the fear of loosing the woman I love is now less threatening to me. Anxiety is a good descriptor.

Hmmm, some really good stuff coming out of my work in the workbooks today regarding this video/questions. As I’m reflecting, I realize that I’m someone who values physical and mental health highly and I need a partner who does as well. Thanks for making me think about this stuff and get to a better place during this quarantine! I can feel the change coming... 😊🙏💕

    The Best Video🙏🏻
This video was so relevant to my situation back in 2018.
My Anxiety, paranoia thoughts created my Ex too leave me
Now we are in 2020 I’m a lot better now as I’ve learnt so much! Thankyou Craig ,Margret & others✌🏻 I know how too control my thoughts and keep my interest level equal with whom I’m chatting too.
As I’m on gd terms with my Ex
And Yes Craig is Right Ex’s do review a second look
I thought my Ex would be gone forever but she is open and given me hints that her door is open for me
It’s incredible really but it’s an LDR so I’m not sure what too do?
I’m just going with the flow and I’m trying too find someone here but
I’m really finding it hard too find someone
I don’t have many friends and when I go out I’m just on my own and I get down emotionally so I just go home 🏠
I need too start approaching again but I’m scared of rejection
Why is life so hard 😩

If anxiety is the beginning of desire, but it also causes relationships not to work, is it about triggering a small amount of anxiety to keep the attraction going, but enough comfort to prevent chaos?
I thought desire fades when there is too much comfort? This is confusing.

    • @1010thechamp

If desire fades with too much comfort then it makes sense..there is now an absence of anxiety so attraction or the passion fades.
