It's dependent on Rep, Syntribos' helm is available as the "Infantry" variant at base but you need to get to Rep 1 to get the one with antlers, Sabaktes is the same way, her first helm is unlocked at Rep 1, then you need to get to Rep 3 to get the one with the plume

@@sloandive Nah I tried the Black Prior and she's not for me lol, I feel very slow with her. I mainly use the Warmonger and sometimes the Valkyrie.

You get most alternates at Rep 0 and Rep 1, and the rest of the full Seta after
