@@iceman7157 him being closeted, then coming out doesn't make him incapable of loving his kids or his wife. many who have been in the same situation as him say they did. it doesn't mean he automatically resents everyone around him. for many it is that love for them that makes it harder for them to be honest about their sexuality, because they fear it could hurt the people they love. we don't know because he kept that part of his story private.

Another example : one guy in my school was so feminine that everyone, even some of his friends, assume he is gay while he clearly established himself as straight and was in relationship with girls multiple time. But even now people are still claiming that he is a liar and that he try to hide himself, some even say to him stuff like « that’s ok you can tell us everyone support you ». They want him to at least admit that he is bisexual just because of that and that makes him so pissed off.

@@devinaaron5099 I can honestly understand both of your points. It can be seen as harmless to others around but when it's actually yourself being hit on like that it's not at all comfortable. Being someone that has been in that position when a way older gentlemen tries to hit on me, I know exactly how that younger dude felt. Yes maybe he could have been nicer but sometimes being nicer about rejection just leads to false hope in people or them just straight up not getting "no." Sometimes it's hard to be blunt but that's what is needed in this world...or it just leads to more hurt. I'm glad the older gentlemen was being who he is truly meant to be but there is a better way to do it. Not everyone likes to be touched and that should be respected

I've been hit on by older guys as well, and I'm too nice/introverted to really find the right words besides flat up no.
