I hope it works for you. For best results on reducing pink texture flashing please check out the part 1of this tutorial set to adjust the force texture in the graphic rules maker program. Both of these steps should be used together to permanently get rid of pink texture errors.
I never got it before I reinstalled my pc. Now I did all of that and the box was already checked in the Cff explorer. Still getting pink though. Not sure why.

Have you followed the steps in Video Part 1? The main issue for pink flashing is due to the memory texture usage setting that needs to be adjusted to your system's limits. This is changed through Graphics Rules Maker. The allow use 4gb> memory data in CFF will only work if you have set the memory texture to the correct system usage.

I have a problem with saving the game on winds 11. can it be solved?
I believe the RPC launcher applies the 4GB patch and in this case it is not needed to have the NTcore/CFF explorer -- is this correct?
I couldn't say, I do not use the RPC launcher due to compatibility issues so I am not totally aware of all of the features and changes.
The only way I would know for sure is to see the amended game files that it changes to see if it changed the Memory usage.
Its crazy to me, i have a very powerful pc, but the purple textures still appear in my game :/
Do you know how to fix the bright lighting when your creating sims?
I do have CC as well and it makes them very bright, and I don't want to download any mods to fix the problem.
When you enter your world, type: 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' in the cheat 'box' (open it by pressing CTRL SHIFT C) then after that you type: 'boolprop useshaders true'. Then you can enter CAS and it should be fixed :)
Hi! I don't know if you've found the solution yet, but I have one!
When you first open your game and get to the map of your selected town, open the cheat bar (ctrl+shift+c)
In the cheat bar, you'll want to type "boolprop useshaders on"
Your game might need a moment to load after entering the cheat, but afterwards you can enter CAS, and the lighting issue will be fixed!
I'm not sure how this cheat effects some computers, but I play on a low end PC that I've had for years and it works just fine! In fact I find that my graphics appear smoother with the cheat applied.

What are you trying to overwrite?
The shadows are only a mod in the downloads folder, and the pink flashing is a software program. If it is not letting the software program make changes, then it sounds like an issue with your administrator settings of your computer.

I did everything you said to do, but it said I cannot over the file What do I do next?
If you are referring to the graphic rules file, you can follow 2 steps.
First, you need to have administrator permission or be an administrator of the system to save/edit such files.
Second, save the updated file to the desktop. Then drag and drop the new file into the folder where the old one is. It will ask if you want to overwrite the old file of the same name. Click yes.
You are then done.
If you are using the cff program to edit the graphic rules file, then it is most likely the case that you do not have permission somewhere in the administrator systems of your computer.
can this be used alongside RPC?
I have never used Lady Duchess RPC as I've never needed it, so I cannot say for certain. However, as the shadows is just a downloadable MOD and the pick graphic fix is just a coding change to the files I would not see any reason for them to conflict unless something in the RPC specifically alters or changes the same codes.
Do you use reshade on ts2?
No I do not. I like everything to stay in focus. I'm not a fan of distance focusing that it causes in the backgrounds.
