    Great job Mr. Nasat!!!
I have a few safety and improvement suggestions for your future project.
    1. Not sure if you have it already, but for safety, can you make a kill switch attached to you, so that it you accidentally fall from boat, motor stops. It can be a switch that you step on or push with finger, when released, power gets cut off to engine.
    2. Maybe your seat can be a bit lower so lower center of gravity to avoid capsize. But we can see you have very good balance and boat is very stable. Lower seat is more aerodynamic too.
    3. I dont know if electric motor gets hot, if yes, you can use copper tube and make a coil on the motor and have water from the pump to cool the motor as well! :)
    Keep up great work!!!

I love your concept man! Awesome idea worth money copyright it fast.
Little advice from a former surf board maker: Thin plywood veneer strips down length of foam form strengthens end result greatly. One wouldn't work due to propeller shaft so two "stringers" would be optimal.

Really amazing work. I am hoping to build a kayak from foam. Can I ask a couple of questions please?
    - At 4:25 the hull has gone from white to grey. What have you coated it with at that point?
    - What is the thickness of the foam you have used...is it 2 x 50mm?
    Thank you!

    • @LSDforEveryone
      @LSDforEveryone 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

The grey coat is epoxy primer. Paint doesn't typically bond well to bare fiberglass epoxy so the primer acts as a bond coat and an extra layer that can be sanded to remove flaws in the surface finish

So brilliant on so many levels. I will not join the topic of "planetary gearboxes" etc as its completely above me🙄. You have made a fully functioning , stylish , fun, practical boat that costs next to nothing to operate, amazing.

If you make it a surface drive it’ll go 60 km/h Truly an awesome job you did on the boat I enjoyed watching please tell us what you used to make the gear reduction

Great video - fantastic build using simple materials, yet with excellent results! A few questions:
    1) do you have a rough weight of the craft, with & without the motor & battery?
    2) any info on the propeller?
    3) can you post a bit more info on the gearing you created? What’s the reduction ratio? What did you use to create it?
Overall a really great result - you are a talented & resourceful guy, no doubting that!

I see American diy builders using much more sophisticated methods, with twice as much lipo batteries, not get the speed and power your boat gets with off the shelf parts . They 3D print parts and make complicated turbine thrust components and your boat is faster . Good job .

Nice work! I like these videos. A couple of possible Improvements:
Lowering the drivers seat will lower the Center of Gravity. This will improve stability, in turns and at rest..
Narrow the stern, like a canoe, and you will improve speed.
