    lived on Bolling from 75 to 79.from my room could see the planes line up on 33, Rwy1 now.

    This is no longer valid, unless you go through the process of registering as one of the 10 GA allowed to land in a day with an armed guard in the right seat.

      Those GA rules are no longer in effect at DCA

    His communication is poor..he does not read back any frequency change from ATC or altimeter

      He also does not read back many instructions. I've read many articles of his in Flying Magazine and would have expected better.

      James C ....People didn't read back instructions years ago like they do now..I started flying in 1971 and this was the way it was done..Call it old school or whatever you want...just the way it was done....
