You can. But Legally you can not exceed Maximum 48 hours/fortnight rule when your course is in session. You can work unlimited hours during holidays. If you are doing a Masters by reasearch or a PHD you can work unlimited hours.

Hi there . Having a car is very important as most odd jobs such as cleaning will require this. In Perth it is hard to get around without a car to do your jobs. Having a small fuel efficient car is managable. Thanks
