No Bro, just plug n play...as both MT and V3 carries the same chassis.
You can refer the video to install the same by yourself.

How can we fit top box on it ?
Never tried Bro, for high speed stability issue.
Get a top box not too big. I am using shad 29. With it comes the base. The base has holes in it. Place it on the metal plate and mark the positions with a marker and drill accordingly. Then fix the base plate with screws

Hi Bro, I have fit it in my bike and there is no requirement of any additional spare parts or alterations for it.
