Can I find a package that I can order at once or I need to order them separately? Question? I see that the power is stil on the car ? When you placed the panel back, the green ac light and rear parking indicator went on. Also the key is stil in the ignition. ?
our suggestion is to turn off engine when install the parts back after test all the functions

The blue plug that you disconnected from the screen, what plug is that? I have disconnected my screen but I don't have that blue plug, the blue adaptor is there but nothing plugged into it
the blue plug is lvds/video cable. connect original video cable to retrofit video cable. and another side of retrofit video cable connected to blue connector

can i play music through the stock volvo audio system even though iam using carplay on iphone or do i have to sacrifice some sound quality and send the sound through this machine if i buy it

hi, the car has aux port, need to insert a aux jack to aux port, it is to activate aux audio. or you don't have sound from aux, or sound is too low

@@Kremersino I have OEM camera in 2011 V60 and it doesnt switch in manual transmission. Probably I should connect some wire with the backup light switch?

@@Dunk8 for V60 manual gear yes need to install extra 12v cable. one side to retrofit cable and another side to backup light. we don't have data on V60 manual model

I have installed the set in my volvo v40 2013 as instructed and it works fine but there is no sound although I plugged a dedicated usb-aux adapter in factory USB port. What maybe the reason?
hi friend, if no sound, please check 1. fiber cable. fiber cable on original harness cable need move to carplay harness cable 2. select aux and switch to carplay, must select aux in multimedia menu 3. plug the 3.5mm jack into car aux port.

Just installed in my 2011 S 60, but all I get is a white screen. Did I do something wrong, or is it defective??
White screen means the CarPlay video card inside the screen was not properly connected with the flat cables. Just had the issue today while installing, it is a very precise connector and has to be locked with all of the bands aligned in position to work correctly. hope you figured your issue !

@@jaybee5919 Easy fix yes, I just had to dismantle the screen (twice) to plug the connectors correctly. Now, if the flat cables are damaged, I guess you will have the same issues, white or black screen. So might be either!

Because tou couldn’t afford one it doesn’t mean they don’t do better technology and that. Simple as. Show me which cars from 2011-2014 had carplay? I don’t think you’lo find one.
Bro there’s almost no car that supports apple car play on 2014. There are some but very very rare.
