Not a huge Panini fan but I picked up a box after watching your video. I pulled a Cal Ripken Jr on card auto /15. Unfortunately the rear top edge has a big ding in it but still a cool card!
I can't believe the prices that Panini demands for their products. There is no justification under the sun for those packs to go for $25.00 each. That's a totally disproportionate and disappointing price.
Thanks for showing off the product...not for me though. It was bad enough without the team logos, but with only old timers and prospects, it's just not interesting to me. That was a nice Elly auto in the first box though...
Panini Points should only be a extra kind of hit! It should not take place of one of the real hits. Should only be used as a bonus, I think they would sell a lot more is they used this format only!
My understanding is that Witt either opted out of the MLBPA licensing and signed directly with panini and topps or MLBPA allowed him to sign with Panini as well. I’ve never seen a 100% answer. He’s still in Topps as well though.
I’m different. I love the cards of the older guys! Guys from the ‘70’-‘80’s…. Molitor, Jones, Brock. And the real older guys! Lajoie, Pesky. It’s good that younger fans learn what came before. And HOF hits are awesome. Thanks.

2022 football Chronicles is amazing!
