It's a different episode, he ran to the hospital back then. I'm not sure if someone clipped the part where he mentioned that he hated liquid foods so much that he snuck out of the hospital a day after his tonsillitis surgery to eat udon at konbini. I'm starting he has a pretty strong plot armor at this point 😅
