I used the same concept by cutting a 1.5" chunk off of a stiff floor brush then fascened it to a lightweight piece of aluminum tube with wood screws. Even after pressure washing and de-greasing, the amount of oil saturated dirt and debris that came off the underside of my Bobcat 843 oil cooler was substantial. This is a winner. Mine has been overheating. The thermostat was stuck and waterpump had a bad bearing. Replaced the waterpump and thermostat. But then a hydraulic cylinder overheated and exploded after an hour of use. Thank you so much for the video, ill be cleaning out my oil cooler before she runs again. Yours seems to have a lot more stuff than mine, I don't have a belt cover, air box cover, or the cover over the radiator. And the Vin plate fell off so I don't even know how to begin to try to buy parts
there was steam coming out of the top vent on a warm day. seemed odd. opened up our ingersol rand bobcat and sure enough the oil cooler was caked on with dust and dirt. cleaned it up and now its good.

Of all things - I discovered that my fan belt had come off, but didn't notice because the belt shroud had hidden it. The water pump was not turning.
what is the normal running temperature . I have cleaned everything out
