Both of you are very engaging, this combined with a very professional production makes this a joy to watch. I could tell you took Sergey out of his comfort zone a bit by doing this. But that only added to the fun and he should do this more often because you both bounce back of eachother in a great way. On a side note....and I say this with the upmost respect. If they ever need a great Bond villain for a new movie, Sergey would be perfect to play him!

Best property I've seen so far! Way nicer than villa Cullinan. That really looked the same as all the modern cubic designs without much personality. This mansion however, it has style, the best swimming pool and a home feeling. Time to become multi-millionaire!

There is a lot to like about this property. My money would go to upgrades and make it a super project which includes the listed piece of land as well. Let me call my wife and architect and see what she thinks, but we would need to start the tour with the walk-in-closet/boutique store
