Why do I feel like the history of Thai fighters is more like anime than the history of Japanese fighters? Most Japanese fighters are less than friendly. Focusing only on the dignity of fighting on stage, but Thai people are more about friendship than dignity, just like the good guys in the anime. I have seen this happen in many fights between Thai fighters in the past and present, such as Samart VS Diesel Noi. Diesel Noi once said in an interview that he felt overwhelmed and distressed about having to fight with his close friend, Or Buakaw Vs Saenchai in the BKFC program too, which I am very confident that I will definitely not encounter anything close to this situation with Japanese fighters.

Thai fighters are some of the most caring and friendly people when the fight is over. And even while fighting, remember how hard it was for Buakaw to hit his friend Saenchai in their fight ?You could genuinely see Buakaw was distressed, totally NOT comfortable at all while hitting Saenchai.
Seeing such incredible sportsmanship and friendship in Thai fighters really warms my heart man 🫡✊
