I have 41k followers but my reach is just negative. It’s like the IG Algorithm hates me and decided to just like shadow ban me or something. I literally blew up 2 years ago and reached from 6k to 47k and first my follower growth just stopped and in the last 3 months and it’s just going downhill. I literally only 4-10 comments and only 100-400 likes

This is just like me. 2 years ago I grew an account to 76k in 3 months. I lost motivation and hadn’t touched it in two years. I’ve dropped down to 52k and I started posting again yesterday. I’ve posted 5 times and my best post has gotten 220 likes. Like wtf. I used to average 20k - 50k likes per post.

I have a 10 yo account with 300 followers...I get like 3-4 likes per post, (people I know irl), I used to average about 20 before covid, but after I just let the account do nothing during lockdown the account is just dead. After returning it hasn't budged for months , I've been posting about twice a week. Don't the existing dead followers you carry effect your reach, so basically its impossible to ever recover a dead old account? You think follow/follow is the way to get out of that? How do you target follow/follow accounts?

I have 4.8k followers i used to get around 2-3k likes but now i get around 700 average

I dont remember but it was like 3 posts the most, but i was very consistent, that's why the page came back alive

Well in that case, I would suggest you to bulk your content up and be very consistent at posting everyday at the time where most of your audience are online
