You suggested all kinds of furniture options for the roof deck, but then say you wouldn't want to carry a tray of food up the spiral staircase.
Other than a folding chair no one is buying table and chairs to schlep up those stairs. It would have been better to not have the roof access with the stairs and then there would be more floor space on the main floor. If you have the money, it's better as a 1 bedroom and the other room is an office or small den.

Harrowing experience...wondering when The Harrow opened. Word came up in 2018 and it became a thing and that came up immediately for me when you showed The Harrow. Anyway, totally cool and wish I could live in NYC sometimes! 💗

Is that tall windowless building beside a jail? I know there is such a jail in Manhattan.

No, that's not a jail. You're talking about Manhattan Dentention Center also called "The Tombs". It's on White St., nowhere that close to there!!!

My parents lived at W 76th. I spent the first 3 weeks of my life there until they moved us West. My mother said my first visitor after birth was Ed Malcarth. He and my dad were pretty good friends. That was back in 59.

Thank you for sharing.. I love the walk in the neighborhood and the Thai restaurant looks nice. Wow!! I was surprised that you were spotted by the Mall Security about taking photos!!! Hmmm!!! Ok!! And even with your phone you cannot take photos. Well, anyway the apartment looks good with the washer and dryer in it!!! And yes, the medical cabinet is needed...So, the first bedroom is the primary one. That second only can become an office. You made me laugh about that second balcony!! Hahahaha!! It is super tight!! Small flowers are right for that balcongy!!! Thanks..

The best view of the City of any city is to go all the way to the outskirts totally outer edge stuff and then look the complete opposite direction of said city.

I moved from exactly the same spot quite a few years ago. Interesting seeing the new stores and the ones that still remain. By the way, that farmers market... I bought a nice red apple from there, pulled it out of my pocket as soon as I got it home and it smelled exactly like the tailpipe of a pickup truck! Was I pissed!

Some of those places you can only have the microwave or the coffee maker on at any one time or you blow the trip which will be above the cooker and must be reset.
