That's a good idea. I haven't been every place on the island, but I can tell you all the great parts of the North Coast and West Side where I'm most familiar.
Medicare and ebt and other services. And some that are on ssi ssdi would need to consider that as well. And being on a fixed income as a senior on just social security i think.

Being a territory doesn’t mean you can do whatever is in your power, we were born there, I was born there and for experience I’ve being kicked out from a previously public beach, just after some foreigners came bought the land and wanted to make the beach a privet one, that is not right. How would you feel if I buy a house on a lakeside and closed it for the public and keep it to myself. And I just trying to make a point here.
Your viewing this from the wrong prospective. Don't blame the buyer blame the government if you don't like it then go to the root of the problem just like people in US who blame businesses and companies are idiots. Blame the government and courts that we allow in office who allow things that may be wrong in our eyes or even in the eyes of the law to occur. They are the enemy not the buyers or people who take advantage of the system that doesn't enforce it's own laws My wife is Puerto Rican. I personally spend a lot of time on the island when money allows it. I also spend a lot of time actually going to the rivers and beaches so I appreciate the public land just as much as anyone else.

That's a good idea. There are lots of properties around here labeled 'publico subasta' So I think it's worth since inventory has been so low.

That's a good idea. I haven't been every place on the island, but I can tell you all the great parts of the North Coast and West Side where I'm most familiar.
The whole South área is the most affordable in 🇵🇷 in reference to housing.
@@hernandez-perezandroid5983 Yes! You can go to different areas and find many inexpensive options. The mountain areas can be very cheap,too.
