Decatted "FK2" with a custom 3" exhaust on the dyno with crackle on Over-run

430bhp "FK1 1.4" remapped today...... or that's what you would think if you saw the VIN plate. 👀😄
A well done conversion carried out on this car swapping over all the engine, suspension, bodykit and interior from the FK2 and to look at, sit in and even drive it you would never have guessed.
Car made good power with one of my custom remaps and has the following parts fitted:
Injen intake
Decat
Airtec Intercooler and hardpipes
Full custom 3" exhaust
Custom mapping to suit the mods and main feature changes as follows:
Same torque maps in the modes
Upped limiter to 7200 with hard cut limiter
Static limiter removed
Small crackle on over run.

Hi Saw a few posts about ports getting gunked up over time due due to direct injection
What would you recommend doing to resolve / prevent this happening
