Amazing coaching, listening with empathy and playing back to the client with a truly compassionate mode to bring clarity, positive conversation and finally closing with cc2 or outcome is a full fledged coaching experience . Learning a lot
Create some space and grace for myself too without feeling guilty. It is ok to allow myself to feel tired. Iam just a human being and not a human doing

I've noticed a part of me going "oh how is this going to be useful"... and then you just keep connecting what's been said to the earlier "agreement" of "how can I model that in a way..." and then there is the larger picture :)
Thank you for such a soul searching coaching .. however I didn’t feel the result oriented lady got the solution for whatever she was going thru because what was missing for me is the coach not dwelling in that grey area where the lady fails to be ten on ten in showing grace to her employees or team ! A coach needs to work on those areas which are swiped under d carpet , that are hidden from the world .. and not in those that’s are already 8/10 ! Am sorry if I missed that point where the lady went “huh”? Rather than “wow” moment ( which never happened )
