It just means that they had a long-term relationship, a marriage a commitment that lasted a long time. It doesn’t necessarily mean that they were stuck in it because they couldn’t be alone. and most people after they lose a spouse or a partner actually find a harder time ever finding a new partner because the standard for a new partner is so high we’re not going to settle for anything less than exactly what we are looking for and that right person it’s not worth it to just screen all of these people and waste our time on all of these people that are not our types. They’re not a good match we’re not compatible, etc. and so forth.

The “pig butchering” scam is very popular in Southeast Asia and China, and they originally targeted people in wealthier Asian countries and cities (ex: Japan, Hong Kong). They’re expanding their targets to Australia, North America and Europe, so it’s good that you’re featuring this as an example of the scam in case viewers get targeted for this.
The video explains that it is called a Pig Butchering scam at about 24:30.

I’m pretty young (just left college) but my parents are the target demographic age for these people so I really take keeping up with these kinds of scams seriously so I can warn them.
