I have small garden and I grew 2-3 plants of Beefstake large tomatoes, and every week I get 5-6 large green tomatoes, which I put in my room’s window in sunlight and in 4-5 days they become red tomatoes just like U used! So I made Tomato Chutney as U showed & it is so good w/ chapati or bread. Thanks I am from Chicago(USA)--Bhupen Rana
