replace(slice(format(prop("Sum") * 1 / 60), 0, 1) + " hr " + slice(format(toNumber(slice(format(prop("Sum") * 1 / 60), 1, 4)) * 60), 0, 2), "[.]", " ") + " min" This is the formula without the whole thing she did. It only translate minutes into hours and minutes. For example, if you write in the column "Sum" the number 70, the column that contains this formula will show= 1 hr 10 min Esta es la fórmula sin toda la cosa matemática que hizo ella, osea, solo muestra minutos como horas y minutos. Por ejemplo: si escribo en la columna "Sum" el numero 90, la columna que contenga ésta formula me va a mostrar= 1 hr 30 min Excellent video btw, I couldn't have done it without your explanation!! ♥
Very cool videos about Notion. Also like your video recording set up. Not constantly looking into a webcam! It's more personal when you occasionally look in the camera! :) Not sure if you covered this, but could you share something about task/project manager, but with focus on next actions linked to each other, while multiple tasks could be linked to one to finish! Thank you!
This is an older video. My camera setup is much different now. Thank you. :) I believe I have a video on linking goals but not on next actions for tasks. Will store that idea away though for future consideration.
What a formula you've created. How about if I just want to create a table that counts how many hour and minute that I actually have spent to work on a task? could you make that? thank you
Hello Red Gregory! I've been watching your videos and they have been really helpful and interesting! Wanted to ask you if it was possibile to remove the 0 hr when a task is below 1hr. Thank you so much
I'm a freelancer and I'm trying to calculate how much time I spend on each task at the end of the month. I'm trying to find the best way to set this up and I'm struggling a bit, any ideas?
I work every saturday and monday. My formula for spaced repetition is the one bellow. How should I modify it to not include saturday and monday? Thanks in advance! if(prop("S3"), dateAdd(prop("First Study Date"), 90, "days"), if(prop("S2"), dateAdd(prop("First Study Date"), 60, "days"), if(prop("S1"), dateAdd(prop("First Study Date"), 30, "days"), dateAdd(prop("First Study Date"), 1, "days"))))
I have one doubt, I need that one of the columns show me the total value of how much time I spent in that activity. Example of construction: A column with the name "Activity", other "Hour" and at last one with "Total" (and this column I need that shows me the total of hours of column "hour"). Am I making sense?
Hey! This is great. I was wondering if it would be possible to take it further and calculate the time spent on a specific task per day. Let's say my daily availability is 8h, but each day I have some meetings. How can I calculate the daily availability in such a way that the total time spent in meetings (per day) is subtracted from the daily availability?
WOW RED!! Thank you so much!! You also make the coding look so easy even though I was lost since the beginning haha thank you so much for your time and amazing videos!!
I started to appreciate Notion when I discovered your tutorial. Thanks a lot. One question please: is there a way to get the columns Difficultly sum calculated automatically?
Why not to use as a core formula "mod(minutes, 60)" function?. If you get somewhere time value in minutes, you can easily convert it into hours and minutes in almost one step.
Hi, Red , thank you so much for this video. I have a question here. I tried to make a plan with this formula for a week, but if it calculates that I have more than 10 hours on a task in a week. it will not show "10 hr" but "1 hr". Is there any way to fix this? Thank you 🌺
Hi there, you have made great stuff here, I appreciate it a lot!!!! But unfortunately, this is not working if you have let's say the two-digit amount of hours :(
I love that I google anything about notion and almost always come to your channel
replace(slice(format(prop("Sum") * 1 / 60), 0, 1) + " hr " + slice(format(toNumber(slice(format(prop("Sum") * 1 / 60), 1, 4)) * 60), 0, 2), "[.]", " ") + " min"

I don't really remember this template as it's been a while, but I'll check this out. Thank you for sharing.
Incredible! Thank you so much for sharing. Your work is very useful.
Really cool insights once again Red! Love it! Keep it coming!
So damn helpful!!! I bought your course, can’t wait to dive into it.

@@RedGregory Thanks! Just got some ideas with your video about Tasks Dashboard Gamification.

Thank you so much for this video! It has made my day!
Yes, really interesting clear explanation, especially the formula building. Great stuff! Thanks
i literally had to search my brain history for this video after years, realizing how convenient this was

I NEED IT TOO
Amazing!!!! Voy a usarlo pero en español!!! Thank you
this is awesome, thanks a lot!
What if I wanted a formula that calculates years, months, and days instead of the hours and minutes ?
Why not to use as a core formula "mod(minutes, 60)" function?. If you get somewhere time value in minutes, you can easily convert it into hours and minutes in almost one step.
It's amazing. Thx!
Me too, I feel U
Too many Tasks are exhausting and clutter up the Workspace.
Really I appreciate your efforts ,,,,,, Thanks soooooooo much 😊😊😊😊
very interesting; thank you
thank you so much for this
Amazing. thanks!
hello, i've composed a perfect time tracker from both of your teaching videos, huge thanks to you UwU
Very cool idea Red :-)

Cool, Thank you!
I wish I know how to create formulas
still helpful even after 4 years
Thank you so much
Keep it coming ...
tnx! Great!
Thanks :)
thank you... it is very usefull

At the first slice "... 100), 0, 1) +..." replace "1" with "2".

YOU TOTALLY ROCK! Thank you o(≧∀≦)o
