There are many Caribbean countries besides Jamaica. Jamaica is on the opposite end of the Caribbean. You skipped out a bunch of other islands. The Caribbean is not Jamaica, just like Africa isn't a country. That wasn't said by the presenter. Skipping over all those countries makes it sound that way.

Trinidad doesn't have as much oil as Guyana or Venezuela, that they could just 'share it around'. That's why PetroCaribe was a Venezuelan initiative, they have a proven oil reserve of over 300 billion barrels, the largest reserve on earth.
If 500, 000 Jamaicans move to Guyana, they will be the majority and can control the government, the oil and all the resources. Sounds far fetched but very possible.😀🇬🇾🇯🇲
