We are now in July, it's better to look for another option..all the admissions are currently open but nobody can actually compensate for your 6 months.
Online is considered as Online only.. Distance & Online is somewhat same category..UGC has released notification that all modes will be considered at par
Hi Aniket, I personally do not believe in top rankings. Different universities can be best for different set of students... specialization wise, budget wise, if it's ODL degree then it's better to choose same state University coz of Territorial Jurisdiction..and there are so many such factors which needs to be considered instead of only looking at rankings

In addition to that, I wish to pursue Bachelor of Performing Arts(Music) in ODL mode from the IGNOU. Kindly response, Will the both of Degrees be Valid officially for Govt.& Private sectors?

UGC entitlement has more to do with college recognition and UGC approved is for specific courses approval

Yes you can after the new UGC rule..but to get in PG you should have done 1 UG degree already..that will only make u eligible to get Admsn in PG :)
