- While there are a lot of missing people that haunt the police we could have included on this list, we were limited to only 25 slots. In many cases, our decision was seemingly made for us due to the heinous nature of the individuals' scary and disturbing crimes that haven't been solved. Moreover, there seemed to be a general consensus about what constitutes badness in a human. People like Hitler and Stalin are always on these types of lists (yes, they are on ours as well). The real challenge came, however, in determining who was the worst among the worst. Many times the individual's infamy has become immortalized in legend, even to the point of rewriting history. So, we acknowledge the subjective and controversial nature of such a task and we encourage you to leave your own opinions in the comments below.

Yeah, the title card has an error at the beginning. "25 Signs You Might Be a Sociopath" is actually a DIFFERENT video on this channel.

Edit: Now she is going to face a prevention arrest for 30 days until the final decision of the judge (she allready got kicked out of any form of teaching environment for student abuse because I had witnesses and her salary is reduced by half for 6 months anywhere she goes) wich will probably be about 2-2 and a half years of prison and work in the usage of the community. I feel justice has been done and thank God for it. This story is true... As it is the pain that I still feel and shall feel for another month at least even with special treatment... But, hey! As a wise man once said:

It is unfortunately true but I learned to not feel the need for revenge because God decides when to punish not me. Depressing facts: stalin starved rich people for being rich in Kazakhstan and Ukraine. He had secret police execute random people until the Soviet economy began to fail. Deported people to gulags, and when those gulags became to full his solution was to put the extra people on an island and let them starve until them became cannibals, while the guards watched like it was a movie. The Soviet troops massacred polish civilians during the push to Berlin. Finally when German troops captured his son he denied that the boy was his son so the SS killed stalin's own boy.

In the aftermath of WWII the US Air forces bombed Dresden in Germany. At that time, that town was called "the safest city to live". US Air forces threw considerably too many bombs that the city streets melted and started to look like a lava flowing through the city. What do you think was the temperature in that moment? I can't imagine the horror those CIVILIANS had gone through. Yeah, no one was there to watch and enjoy the view as Neron did, but, hey, he's made it to this list, not your government.

Qin shi huang..... He was a chinese dictator during the Qin dynasty who supposedly "united" all of China and executed people who speak any other language and follow any other religion. In many ways he was similar to Hitler. Both were tyrannical dictators, both tried to unite a large landmass together (In Hitler's case it would be europe), and there's only one difference. Qin Shi Huang succeded.
