    I got my Grizzly 3 days ago. The first day I did 20 miles. Yesterday I did 54 miles with 4k ft elevation gain and got home with 30%. Today I brought the cumulative 3 day total up to 138 miles. This is the furthest I've gone independently since I went legally blind 6 years ago. I see alright at 20mph. 🙂Grizzly is a beast.

  • @Halo2freak4ever

    I've had my Grizzly for about 5 months now and love it very much being in the hill based town we're in. The only thing I did not like was the 180mm front brake so I replaced it with a 203mm disc and it now is stopping good because of how heavy this bike can be. I ride my bike down/up my hill to work and don't need to recharge it for a week on average, that is how powerful/nice the battery capacity is. It is very much worth it getting this bike!
    One word though with this bike: be safe if you're gonna ride it at full power because it is powerful when you get to full speed (38-40mph) and as long as you follow rules and don't attract too much attention police don't care.

    So I finally got my grizzly around February Of 2024.. My second ride , I rode down the street came back and there's a lot of crap in the road cause I live in the desert and I got a flat so I put slime in it and it fixed it perfect plus I bought extra Tubes for just in case and I got a Rear rack and mirrors and a little small folding tool. Because you never know I'm so happy. I was having problems getting it to go faster than 20 miles an hour. And I finally figured it out but great video God bless. And have a wonderful day

  • @DLC77
    @DLC77 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

    This is a great bike, but for almost half the price of the Ariel Rider Grizzly, I got myself an Ariel Rider Kepler and it can go over 35 on throttle. I don't have the greatest of straight/ flat paths to constantly let the Kepler throttle go but on totally flat ground I've hit 38 mph. It appears that the Grizzly has faster acceleration at times but it's hard to tell. I've even accidentally hit 62 mph going downhill and the whole thing felt incredibly smooth still. Had to learn how to clear the trip data so it didn't read "Top Speed 62mph" in case I got pulled over or something haha.
    I've got to say, I was nearly about the pull the trigger and get myself a Grizzly, but I really don't want all the extra attention that style of bike brings. The last thing I need is someone going out of their way to steal it. Many times, people don't even notice that I am on an eBike when on my Kepler unless I am going slow nearby them, which is exactly what I wanted.
    Great review though. I'm curious as to what you think about the seat over longer periods of riding time. I also wasn't aware that the two batteries were keyed differently after reading reviews of the Grizzly before getting my Kepler, and I agree, that seems nit-picky, but that would really get under my skin after a while too.

    I got the metal geared Grizzly .The rear suspension was losing pressure,so I added a little tire sealant,keeps pressure up Ok now.I also took off the stock throttle /half twist grips and replaced them with full twist grips from Amazon(like regular motorbikes have)more comfortable I find.HuntsmanVeetrico tires adds to the performance and almost puncture proof(if you scratch the rims make sure you paint any exposed metal though,or your asking for a blowout! I use bare hands now to change out my tires after I had a blowout at top speed(managed to stay on the bike luckily)Most stable bike ever had,was anticipating getting thrown off the bike,but it kept straight,and was able to slow down to safety nicely !

    Hi Randy. Great review. I'm in Canada and I am new to ebikes. After watching lots of videos, I wanted a Grizzly. Unfortunately they aren't available here. I tried a lot of bikes and they were ok but didn't have anything special. Then by luck, I found a comparable bike make by ROBOCYCLE in Canada. The owner, Maor, just happened to live around the corner from me. After serious conversation and a ride, it was no comparison to everything else I tried. You can tell he's a fan of them and made one that's just bad ass. I just bought it and Maor is the nicest to deal with, he really knows his stuff. Not being able to ride a Grizzly but seeing reviews, it looks like it's as good as it gets next to a Grizzly for the price point. It's a beast and I'm excited to see what adventures it takes me on. Unfortunately there's not much about his bikes on here. I was seriously lucky to have found him on a local buy and sell site before I bought something that cost the same and had way less features. He said he would like to get more reviews from TH-camrs so for sure reach out to him as he's smaller but he's putting his soul into the product. All the best and safe travels.

      @@RandyRides Thanks for the quick reply! That's awesome you're about your viewers. Much respect for that Randy. Absolutely reach out to him, he's such a great guy. I'm literally texting him now and told him that I commented and said that you should contact him. He was so happy to hear that. I hope you can connect. I'd love to see a review of the bike I have because it's the first one of the new version in Canada. He sold me literally the first one he assembled for photos! Thanks Maor!!! It's blacked out and looks so sweet. Being a total rookie and only testing about 8 different bikes, I can say this ROBOCYCLE feels like it's made way better than anything else on the market here and something I'll be able to enjoy for many years. I hope you'll agree. Keep up the great work.

      It comes with the seat in the video, but you can purchase an extended saddle, which I just made a video about it today if you want to check it out.

    "Definitely can't pedal this bike."
    Who buys a Grizzly so they can pedal?
    I been eyeing this for when I buy another Ebike in the future.

    • @RandyRides
      @RandyRides  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It’s just a blanket statement so people understand. There have been a lot of customers who buy these types of ebikes to be able to pedal, then they get disappointed when they aren’t happy with that experience. Of course you or I know that, but not everyone. 🤷🏼‍♂️

    Grizzly is the most overrated overpriced Ebike on the market buy a red star dual battery dual motor bike for half the cost and get twice the quality. The red star is a beast. The grizzly is a farce

      @@RandyRides All I can say is you should try one Ridstar dual motor dual battery delivered for $2K - everything on the bike is better - the cable holders are welded to the bike frame - my Ridstar is a beast -
      My experience with Grizzly was horrible at best - ended up selling the thing for $1,200.00 after the one battery died only 2 years old and that was after I already had to replace the front motor & controllers for $650.00 -

    same specs as a kugoo g booster basically they act the same with speed and torque i paid 800.00 pounds its dual motor 48v 23ah battery i put a bigger battery in the frame of the scooter or simply buy a 20ah extended battery and add that too my scooter.
    bringing it up too a 43ah e scooter thats dual motor i do have way more powerful e scooters tho , so could do them over the kugoo , but i could just dash the seat on the kugoo and take thing's from there and just customize loads of stuff
