What's the Idea Behind AstroAI Cordless Tire Inflator?

AstroAI seems to make a large line of tire maintenance products, all of which carry a great user rating. I decided to purchase the AstroAI Cordless Tire Inflator from Amazon for $70.
I can honestly say this thing is exceptionally handy and worth every penny. You can even buy spare batteries and other accessories. I wish I would have picked one up earlier, but it's here now.

I bought an AstroAI pump. My question has to do with the accessories called Air Nozzles (there are 2) and Needle Valve Adapter. How are they used, and most specifically, to what do they connect? I called AstroAI and was told that they connect onto the tire valve but that does not seem right. I cannot picture this. Can you tell me what they connect to? This is very confusing. Thank you very much.

There are two hoses connecting to each other , you can unscrew the one that has the tire valve clip on it and then see the threads on the hose coming from the inflator to connect the other air nozzles for inflating air beds or sport balls ,

Does it take the battery (20 V, 2Ah) much more time than the power cable (12 V, probably 10 Amps) .. Please give a bit of indication in minutes .. (For example 5 mins on battery and 2 mins on power cable)
