I like the lime wedge added, but I made some homemade simple syrup, into which I added some lime juice. When I made the simple syrup, I mushed up some cut up limes and steeped them for about 10 minutes. I add a couple of dashes of this to my G&T, and it's got a really nice taste, without the lime taking center stage. I get more of the Gin taste. I've even put a bit of mint in it and it's really quite tasty. Well, you wouldn't want to eat pizza every night for dinner, would ya?
A Gin Tonic is supposed to have ice in it. The more ice you put in(and the larger the cubes), the slower it melts. Thats why. Also this guy is not american
Thank you for that video. I'd like to glean some of your relaxed and calm nature in my drink videos, because it really puts the viewer at ease. How long have you been doing this ? How long did it take to find your groove? .
Try Harris Gin from the Scottish Hebridean Island of the same name. Available mail order and unbeatable. The bottle is wonderful too !
Nice, but the ice is too small ,it will melt and water down the gin
Please make more videos!

Tanqueray-n- Tonic,my only drink for the past 40 years.
Slice of pink grapefruit, please!
Thanks for the video. I usually like Tanqueray and Bombay. What do you think about the standard Tanqueray?
how much ml is your highball glass?
473 mL (16 oz)
What did pouring the tonic down the side accomplish?
it just prevents the bubbles from rising too fast, so the drink doesn't overflow
didnt fiss
I would recommend a free pour on the tonic, you can measure that by practicing. Only takes a few days to get it perfect.
I think it's so you don't lose all of the fizz. A short gentle stir and you're done...
Sylas viper yep, usually you don’t want to measure out the tonic, a free pour gives you a much nicer more bright drink
Plymouth gin is its own category in and of itself. Theoretically it’s a London dry, but it’s made in Plymouth, making it traditionally different.
LOLLLL what london dry is actually made in london? JOke
👌👌👌
I love u
?
I only watched this because you are weird
Sorry but why do Americans insist on packing a glass full of ice!?
No prizes as to what ice turns into.
Otherwise good video. 👍
