For those who are wondering who is "Joshua" and why are people calling themselves 'carat' Joshua hong is a kpop idol from the group (of 13 members) called SEVENTEEN. He is a LA boy working in korea. Apart from their own songs, he also does english covers and this song is his personal favourite because it made him standout in seventeen for not only for his sweet voice but also singing in english (which international fans connect to and korean fans look up to) He is an inspiration for many carats who wants to study or work in different country, who wants to learn different languages. Someone who lives in a different country but wants to explore or go back to find their roots. For us carats(seventeen's fandom name) This song is like Joshua's entry song. Joshua breaths this song and thanks to him we also fell for this song. It has good rythm and nice lyrics. We genuinely appreciate the makers and the singer of this song. +Johnny Mac I've heard this song just once, so would yo be so kind to explain me what this expression "driving slow on Sunday morning" truly means? please!
Perfect Sunday = Starting the day at your own pace, staying in the bed while it rains outsides, curling up cozily under the warm blankets and listening to this beautiful song 🥰
And they never made another song like this again. Honestly, Adam Levine is one of my all time favorite voices. No matter what music he sings, nothing will change that fact. However, I do love the old Maroon 5 more than the current one. I feel like their old songs were more original and special. I've always thought that some songs just literally screamed that they were written by the person who was singing them. For example, 'Hallelujah', 'Apologize', 'I'm not the only one', 'Don't' and 'Wake Up Call'. I used to feel that way about quote a few of their songs, but now I don't feel like that any more.I do semi enjoy their current songs because they're catchy and sometimes amusing, but then I listen to this song, and it makes me long for their old material. What Adam does at the end of Sunday Morning, like I said before, he never does again. It's raw, and beautiful, and it just makes me sad. Because when Adam was in Begin Again and he sang "Lost Stars", I got that special feeling again. And I know that he didn't write it, but I know that he is perfectly capable of writing that same kind of perfect song, and that that's what Maroon 5 should be playing.
ANIMEADDICT238 Except, to be fair, this is a pretty 'uncreative' song. It's a good song, it's fun, it's got groove, but it's pretty much a straight up and down jazz/soul number.
so little story time, I heard this song growing up, I'm 13, me and my dad would go on camping trips and he brought his Ipad and would play music, this song would always come on and would love it, so to me this song will always be a classic.

Thanks for making it clear for me I didn't realize it til you told me.
+Johnny Mac Oh my gosh i never thought about it now it makes sense
Joshua Fr made me go back to this song
What a fitting song its a sure rainy and slow Sunday morning. Well happy Sunday morning
yeah same over here in slc :P
Perfect Sunday = Starting the day at your own pace, staying in the bed while it rains outsides, curling up cozily under the warm blankets and listening to this beautiful song 🥰
Back when Maroon 5 had actual musical instruments in their songs
Yeah, new Maroon 5 is terrible. They completely ruined their sound with Overexposed
+Carl Wheezer TRUE
The still do. Just its they changed to pop rock
Nyxx
More like electronic shite
Super Awesome Space Paladin yeah, Their most recent album sucked ass
Joshua Hong, you and your music taste!
😂😂❤
I totally agree with you. Although, Adam Levine did not write Lost Stars. I think we lost the really good Maroon 5 quite a long time ago.
ANIMEADDICT238 Except, to be fair, this is a pretty 'uncreative' song. It's a good song, it's fun, it's got groove, but it's pretty much a straight up and down jazz/soul number.
apologize, i thought it was one republic
ANIMEADDICT238 I think old is better than new. I don't like "maps" very much, or "animals". This is one of my favorites.
I totally agree
My pre-kpop era: Sunday Morning = Roadtrip Anthem
Present Kpop era: Sunday Morning = Joshua Hong
i'm sorry but Chen EXO's version is much better than Joshua's :(
Omggg this the song that I always heard in kpop but I think that one guy from Seventeen has the best cover I’ve heard among them (idk his name)
Joshua from seventeen
Finally decided to hear Sunday morning becoz I was so done with JOSHUA
This will always be my favorite Maroon 5 song💕
Mines too 💯💯
Mine too.😊
so little story time, I heard this song growing up, I'm 13, me and my dad would go on camping trips and he brought his Ipad and would play music, this song would always come on and would love it, so to me this song will always be a classic.

Old Maroon 5>>> actual Maroon 5
"actual maroon 5" lol all because they were different in the past doesn't mean it's not still Maroon 5 😂
Mariel but they were better. Now they make music for wild teenagers
Don't Wanna Know is still pretty good in my opinion
Liam Nissan Nissan righttttt!!!!!
Kara's flowers > Maroon 5
My husband and I slow danced to this during our wedding reception 😊 I've forever loved this song and I feel like it's just too beautiful not to be used in such a special occasion
This song gives out good, calm, settling vibes.

Here after Joshua sang at a bar in Oakland just recently (08/2022). Not forgetting he’s been singing Sunday Morning like it’s the Mascot song of Seventeen since 2015 💎🤍
i remember joshua everytime this song comes on
This is and will always be their best song the composition of this song is just amazing. It's so soothing! When M5 was making GOOD music!

One of those great songs that never gets old.
It's just what... 15 years ago? Young, pretty much a "new" song 😂
