Those who want to get rid of addiction shift your focus to other activities... develop some new hobbies and spend your free time on those...to do these things first you have to buy a keypad phone and keep it in your pocket..while travelling keep a book in your bag and read that instead of looking into mobile...stay away from smartphone for 10 days...you will feel like hell for that 10 days(make sure you shift focus to not feel that) from 11th day you will feel better... remember one thing we lived before the smartphones arrived and we can without that as well... don't let a device control you

We don't need a separate app; Digital Wellbeing is sufficient as it automatically exits app if the time limit is reached. We just need to adhere to the time limits while using apps, without relying on our phone again to get rid of phone addiction

Even in Instagram, there is a time limit option in settings to control the usage of the Instagram. I have set a time limit for every 10 mins and my daily usage should be only 1 hour. But unfortunately whenever it notifies me that you have reached your time limit, I just ignore and watch the reels again.

Nice suggestion bro. I guess every android app will have something called "Digital Wellbeing". You can search for that in settings. You can configure and set your app timings. Some latest OS will have focus mode as well. That will restrict the unwanted notifications from the apps for the timings you set. Hope this helps someone
