- The FREEHAND is very heavy (374 grams), heavier than the Surge (339 grams). Only the WORPRO 16-in-1 (396 grams) exceeds it in weight! I don't know if the ruler/prybar/flat screwdriver tool was more interesting than a wood saw (FLIK).
The anvil cable cutter (V-Cut) is a special feature of GERBER (Suspension/Radius/MP1 /Octane/Crucial/Bullrush,Grappler,...).
The Flik's sheath is good, that of the Freehand is miserable.
Sorry, I did not show that the pliers fits perfectly between the handles (invisible tip) with a small blockage which, however, does not prevent its output by impulse. With good grip of the handles when using the tools.
Le FREEHAND est très lourd (374 grammes), plus lourd que le SURGE (339 grammes). Seul le WORPRO 16-in-1 (396 grammes) le dépasse en poids ! Je ne sais pas si l'outil règles/levier/tournevis plat était plus intéressant qu'une scie à bois (FLIK).
Le coupe-câble à enclume (V-Cut) est une particularité de GERBER (Suspension/ Radius/ MP1/Octane/Crucial,Bullrush,Grappler,...).
L'étui du Flik est bon, celui du Freehand est misérable.
Désolé, je n'ai pas montré que la pince entre parfaitement entre les manches (pointe invisible) avec un petit blocage qui, néanmoins, n'empêche pas sa sortie par impulsion. Avec une bonne tenue des manches lors de l'utilisation des outils

Any tools you know of other multitools than the centerdrive that have a long bit driver? I love the one on my "blackfire heavy duty multitool" (yes thats its real name) but I am on the hunt for more with an like that adapter too.

A noter que les mâchoires du coupe-câble ne sont pas jointives ( δ = 0.02 mm) ce qui pose donc un problème de coupe pour les éléments de faible épaisseur.
Thanks for share diezelle57, i have an comment: When the fast one-hand multipliers don't have that horrible movement between the pliers and the handles, I'll probably buy some, but so far neither Leatherman nor Gerber have solved that problem, I think with some sort of spring-loaded oppressors would suffice, such as clamping dice on a ratchet. Hello! Which brands, would you put, as best on plierhead multitools? For example, no1 Victorinox. no2 Leatherman. no3 Gerber. no 4 SOG. Is that order correct? I put Victorinox 1st, because their mutitools, provide better quality, hold for a life, while my Leathermans have all broken after a couple of years of normal use. Also, a Spirit X, provides more tools-utility, than a Wave does. Do you agree with all these? What's your opinion? Thanks in advance.
It's well known fact that victorinox uses softer steel than leatherman. Have you saw leatherman surge? It is their heavy duty multi tool.

@@pruthvirajbhople I agree on pliers, but I didn't say pliers.I speak about plier based multitools in general! Also, it's not the steel, that is the problem on Leathermans, but the heat treatment. Heat treatment especially on 420hc on Leathermans, is really poor, while the heat treatment on Victorinox steel,IMO is perfect! Thanks for the response!

No saw on the Freehand? That's unfortunate. Sure seems like the ruler/driver tool Gerber replaced it with wouldn't lose anything with a saw edge.
