Hello friends', This video is of an African recipe which is a staple food in Uganda ,they call it '"Ebinyenbwa"' some call it "Bunyewa". Its very tasty n when cooked the African way by steaming the sauce and the bananas so called "Matooke". Yes dear l know you steam the whole recipe, in the village,but since l do not have access to banana leaves etc..l even stated that in the video..
