I just got an Supra Focus XL with EM cams, "but" because my DL is only 26"ish, I got 85% letoff modules. It is so smooth to draw with just an "slight" valley but blazingly fast with the EM Cam. Bet this bow would be about the same, EM with higher letoff.
Had a four wheeler citation back in the day.
Love it but at 1,700 it’s out of range for me. Well within flagship cost but the 900ish Supra focus is a sweet spot for me budget wise
Seems like more people shoot the Supra in tournaments anyway. And having owned one I'll never have another shoot through riser....
MattHamilton 00 that’s exactly what I’ve heard. I absolutely drool over the shoot through design in a pure aesthetic way. I know perform is what counts but I also like pretty. Unfortunately at 1,700 this new bow and the perform X are way out of my range.
@@7mpowerd Had an Xpression, hated the shoot through riser. Pretty, but a pain. Still shoot 520+ in field with a standard riser...
MattHamilton 00 can I ask why? I’ve never had the pleasure of drawing and shooting a shoot through.
@@7mpowerd Loading the arrow becomes tedious and I feel the riser changes my grip and influences the bow more than a standard shelf.

I just don’t see how bow companies think 1800 for a bow is good business practice. I don’t even think it’s that big of a change from the super focus. Mathews wants 1600-1800 and now pse does too. Come out with this platform for a grand or less. That will impress me.

It's beautiful, but I can never again spend that much on a bow after absolutely hating my PSE Xpression... I took a bath on it. Spent half as much on an Elite Victory and I'm much happier!
Love my Xpression, still shooting it, might go for a Supra Focus this time though.
@@rogerkay8603 Funny how some bows match some people more than others... My favorite bow of all time is an old Bow Madness XL, still shoot it and still love it!
@@matthamilton0081 Totally agree, there's no one size fits all I guess, only way to know is shoot one. I shoot fingers and that makes a difference too.

$1800 for a bow, umm I don’t think so!! Where’s the justification for these prices! It’s ridiculous. I don’t care if it is a compound bow, not worth it.
Although I don't sell archery equipment, usually there are a couple factors, 1. it's new, it's bound to be high priced since it's new. 2, usually cheap to mid range bows (usually under 600) are cheaper to manufacture, you're paying for manufacturing price. 3, it's the flagship bow, so it's allegedly the best but yeah I think it is also crazy for that price for a compound...
You should see the prices of some hoyt bows. Almost every flagship target bow has been $1700 +.
@@nideeshsri7257 I know right?!? The cheapest bow I can find that would be close to flagship is the Supra Focus but even then, that is a level below flagship. I would use the Supra Focus in my target shooting, but my case is 1 inch short and can only hold bows up to 36 in ATA
@@renatugaming5730 Well I shoot the Supra Focus and even though its not a flagship target bow from PSE, most PSE shooters shoot that bow, compared to the perform x. The focus is much better and around $500 less than the perform x.
@@nideeshsri7257 And with 700 dollars less than the new Citation, you can use that to get decent accessories for a setup. Hey, do you think the TRX 36 still has a fighting chance in tournaments? I was thinking on using that instead of the PSE bows because it would actually fit my case

Over priced as usual o it cost 200/300 maybe to make one bow but they change 2,000 they can shove it
