► To create a drive on a PC, you can create a partition on the hard disk:
1- Open Computer Management by selecting the Start button, then Control Panel, System and Security, Administrative Tools, and finally Computer Management.
2- Select Disk Management in the left pane under Storage
3- Right-click an unallocated region on the hard disk
4- Select New Simple Volume
5- In the New Simple Volume Wizard, select Next
6- In the Specify Volume Size window, accept the default setting or change the value in the Simple volume size in MB field
7- Select Next
8- In the Assign Drive Letter or Path window, select a drive letter from the drop-down menu
9- Select Next
10- In the Format Partition window, type a name in the Volume label field
11- Make sure the Perform a quick format and Enable file and folder compression check boxes are not selected
12- Select Next and then Finish
