You guys just watched Harry's whole concert and saw how affected he was by the audience, you know how much of himself he gives away at his shows and how he lives and breaths them. And you still choose to say he's eager for fame. Yet, it's Louis promoting the hell of his album, it's him going to all these interviews where he can say he doesn't care about fame. He says he doesn't so it is true, right?
You'll never hear Harry saying anything but the nicest things about anyone, especially his ex-bandmates, although a tiniest shade would give him so much more clicks and "fame", it's ironic. Just recently you were speaking how Harry is so quiet with his artistry and doesn't promote it the way people of his caliber do. What happened to that? Is it still fame-greedo or is it something else?
It was you guys who struggled to explain why Louis sounds bad live in one of the videos, yet you tried to pick apart Music for a Sushi Restaurant saying it's a backtrack... it's just a sign of you keeping these 2 guys to very different standards just because one of them was lucky enough to be more successfull. It looks pathetic and it brings down what both Harry and Louis do with their careers. I'm sad and disappointed.

I also agree that the comments are somehow loaded but a part of me agrees. Even harry himself said it. He never wanted the word famous to be his label because the only word after all the glory is being the person “who used to be famous” no in betweens. Harry is the most successful but he is not generic. The reason why he wrote the songs in Harry’s house is because he is courageous enough to put out what he loves and his own sound despite the great success of fine line. I am a fan of harry and not all harry’s fans are like this but SOME fans just want Harry for the entertainment (which is the down side of being the most successful, he should be close to perfection). There was one clip in his concert when he said “sometimes I feel like I am wearing a mask.” That was said in a joking manner but it cuts deep down. Remember phrases like “physically, I’m fine, emotionally, I am bruised” and the video of harry in a photoshoot when he said “I’m tired” someone said “shut up” then he said “I’m sorry.” I disagree that after Harry’s house album, harry will slowly hit the wall because he will always create great music. It is just in him. He is art and he creates art. But I also agree that Harry will also experience the lows of the industry since he reached his peak. Just like every artist. But it does not mean that Harry will not reach higher. Of course he will. Just not linear cause that is life. He won the grammy’s but that night was also the worst. I think what I take away from this is that I hope as much Harry enjoys the advantages of all the revenue, I hope deep down, when it does not beat the previous, he will have an anchor of peace that he did well. Being on top is the loneliest, but also going down after reaching the highest is gut wrenching, so I really hope that no matter how the next albums goes, yes money is important, but I hope he just feels much prouder every next album regardless of how much hit or not as streamed it is. That way, it will be more sustainable. Hence, it is a win for all. Harry gets to do what he loves while the fans who supports him for who he is and his art will hear more from him.
Nathan I am really disappointed in your comments about Harry, I remember you once said that you really favoured Harry over all of ID and now you make these disrespectful remarks which were completely unnecessary when talking about Louis whom I do like also.

I came across this video and i'm gonna be straight up with this, after being a louis fan since the early 1D days. Freddie is his son, he looks like a copy of him, first of all and why would Louis go through all of this and custody issues. Louis when it was all made public was uncomfortable, his personal life was put on blast and all sorts of theories came of it, his son's mother got so much hate and so does freddie to this day, which is insane.
The whole fake photos and pregnancy were created by fake accounts and not the mother, all of it was spinned around to try to prove things...Louis has spoken about this directly with fans and how insane this is. People wishing horrible things to his child right to his face...the fandom didn't keep quiet, especially that part of the fandom that believes in Larry even though Louis has denied it many times, and he even addressed in a recent tweet. The way his family from his mother (may she rest in peace) to his sisters to his son have gotten so much hate because he is a father is disgusting. that's the reality of it. No matter how many times Louis addresses it, they don't listen.
I totally agree with you! Just because you are a fan doesnt mean you are an influence part of their life as mutch as they are of yours. There are BOUNARIES people! It was devestating to hear Louis phonecall with the "fan" wishing his son was dead. I cant believe what this guys has bin through💔
Can I just point out that looking like someone and being related to them are different things. I can see that in my own family, where the two family members who look the most alike aren't actually related by blood at all.

And don't forget, guys, that you who say that Harry only does it for the fame, were the ones who laughed when he released SOTT, his FIRST solo song, a 5 min ballad/later fine line too and other songs that aren't 't nothing popular or made to be successful on the radio, and yet he managed it; it's about determination, it's about effort and dedication, and as someone who has followed Harry since the band, I assure you, while others in the band were drinking/doping/going to clubs and hitting on reporters, Harry was creating contacts in the industry , studying more about his music and references, dedicating himself body and soul, it's no wonder that he is the youngest member of 1D and the most responsible, who avoided going overboard 'because he didn't want to be the guy to ruin everything' Don't forget that, you reacted to some videos to understand him at this point.
And it's easy to see how commitment and seriousness to work yields results, as Harry and Niall's work is completely different from the others, and they were one of the most controlled/dedicated to the study of music/responsible there...I was fine upset, because you seemed to pretend to have captured Harry's essence in every video where he opened up, and you were my favorite reaction channel, but apparently you weren't being sincere in these moments...
and if you want to understand Harry's passion again for music/art, go back and watch the videos about his references, you will see how passionate he is in every line! Bye!

Ah I love you guys but really what Nathan said is kinda dissapointing to me. You do you but I will still support harry in every way possible. I think he has a lot more to do in this industry and when he "hits a peak" qs ypu said I'll be there to see it and be proud of him. His success rn is crazy, I know but still he gets bigger every single day. He himself has said that he doesn't care about how good a song does or how famous he is. There’s a reason the quality of his music is going down as he gets more famous… There’s also a reason most people prefer his first album over his third. The authenticity is lacking, nowadays. If he likes radio music then ok, but people will get bored of him and of the music he makes. He can keep doing what he wants regardless, but you can’t expect people to like it or stay fans.

I think what you said about harry really is wrong. I know it's never that serious but still. I think what he believes in is exactly what you think louis believes in when thats not exactly the case. I don't really know if you've seen enough of louis interviews apart from like 2 or 3 and then just his songs but he targeted in the success harry has it just didn't work out for him. I think in your mind it's like yeah louis doesn't care about fame. And I of course cannot change your mind, I really like louis as well. yes, exactly!!! Louis has already mentioned that he was jealous of Harry's growth at some point... but people realize that the 1D fandom, Louis and Larrie, love to make Harry smaller to make one of these bigger, so many use this to make others bigger in favor of Harry to achieve more reach
Louis only cared about fame at the beginning because that’s all he knew in the band. And it’s so normal to be jealous that an ex bandmate is more successful than you. But instead of trying to make the same type of music that’s getting Harry that success, he did what he LOVES. Even if the music he loves and wants to make isn’t going to be picked by radios. This is why Louis’ music is only getting better now (he’s getting into his sound more and more) while most people can agree that Harry’s first album while his best, and then his music went downhill. Fame doesn’t mean good music. Harry made better music when he was less popular, but now everything seems to be about chasing hits.

Only directioners who hate harrys success, while he goes on and continues , because they still aren't satisfied enough with the rest of them being behind say that hs1 was his best album. It's a different sound, yes but every album has been different so far. That's what harry wants to do. His first album doesn't come close enough to the lyricism or production of hs2 or hs3. He makes what music he loves. It was such a risk to release harrys house. It's such a different sound and it was never sure that it would make it to radios and stuff. The fact that it did is just something that proves his music connects with a lot of people and us fans actually loved that new style he chose to do. Yeah but every single step Harry Styles take in his Career is always an aim towards more Money and Biggest Move. Be it Merch, Stadium Tickets, Pleasing Brand or every fashion brand he promotes or the celebrities he is kissing on Big Yachts. It's all so fake and wanting 'More' by him. And America bashed Harry for winning the Grammy over Beyoncé because the average Joe Blow doesn’t have a clue what it actually takes to win Album of the Year. EVERY song on Harry’s House hit the Billboard Top 30. NONE of the other nominees’ albums came even close to that. Harry’s House also won for Best Engineered Album because Harry’s House was brilliantly produced and mixed. It’s not a popularity contest, contrary to popular belief.

I have watched dozens & dozens of WELP reaction videos, but Nate & Ryan, I think this was one of your best! You really HEARD Louis and responded insightfully (and with your typical delightful humour too). Nathan, it was nice to see you gain even more of an appreciation for Louis; we often say that the more folks get to know Louis, the more they will love him. On a side note, I think that Harry actually DOES write for the uniqueness of his lyrics/sound and not for the "hit value". Harrys House was a huge commercial risk & Harry said he didnt care; it was the music HE wanted to make. I hate to be the one to say it, but Louis and Harry have very similar insights about their approach to music. :😍

I think the difference between Lou and H is that Louis has always been underestimated/put aside during the 1D days whereas Harry has always been under the spotlight and seen as the "prodigy" you know ?

Harry isn’t chasing a number 1 he’s just creating music he likes and if people like it they like it. That’s what he says all of the time.
Harry is only getting more successful. He just happens to be more popular/successful than the other members.

I don't get why people are mad in the comments, you just shared your opinions and feelings (which weren't even bad or disrespectful). Also I can't understand why the fans of a huge superstar that's getting all the support and some more in the industry are so "disappointed" about two guys just personally rooting a tiny bit more for someone else. Also in some comments you can feel that they don't like Louis at all so why even watch 1 hour long video about him??

Larrie shouldn't even open her mouth to comment on Harry, since this fandom likes to despise him and his success so much (a success he didn't achieve for you, see, he managed to gain thousands of fans who didn't even know the band existed, and INCLUSIVELY, they went researching after meeting him and started listening to their idols too, so be thankful for Harry's success, because even Larrie, they represent around 80% - at least - of Louis' fandom, even in this indirectly he is involved), So leave him for good, he will be much better off without Larrie in his fandom, and finally, he will be able to live his relationships in peace too

And it was quite disappointing actually, because you are the same ones who saw about 3 interviews/documentaries about Harry's album where he said 'about the fear of the constant growth of the band, and that if he doesn't grow that much solo, that's okay', 'because when you do what you love, no one can say you're not successful'. You think Louis doesn't want to succed? Of course he does, that is why he is working so hard, maybe he doesn't seems himself capable of reach the level of fame of Harry, but he is doing what he can to continue touring, that is what he enjoy most of his career as a musician but after all is a job and everyone wants a benefit of it.
Being jealous that someone is more successful than you is like the most normal and common emotion ever. Still, Louis didn’t change his sound even when he knew the music he likes and wants to make isn’t that radio-friendly and that radios won’t pick on it. His jealousy only made him more human, it didn’t make him change anything in himself or his music. He still does what he loves and stays authentic to himself. It’s clear that Harry makes music that’s meant to be hits, which is why his most successful songs have the most generic lyrics. Louis cares more about staying true to himself than hits. Harry doesn’t even care about interacting with fans, let alone staying authentic if it means no hits.
My idol (Harry) cares so much about his fans that he is the guy who sends water/juices and food to his fans every time they are in a long line waiting to meet him, he cares so much about many people's causes including his fans who donate thousands to institutions over the years and talk/sing/make donations to make fans who are sick feel more hopeful and better! He cares so much that he makes a point of trying to preach love and respect among his audience, because he knows how important that is. And I don't even need to say the obvious, how much his words, positions, being someone so relevant, his affection when he meets fans even in inopportune moments when he would have the right to be more ignorant, his humility and GRATITUDE to his fans always prevail! He cares so much that you won't find a report of him mistreating anyone, whether a fan or anyone else who had direct contact with him. This is the Harry you clearly don't know and pretend to know!

And if you knew something about text interpretation, you would have understood why I brought up the episode where Louis admits his envy! now your idol cares so much about his fans because he drinks cachaça on stage with children, or maybe there's a better time to describe how much he cares, at that moment in the middle of the pandemic, when it was serious and he had shows that week, he was getting drunk and crowding into bars and clubs, wow! I'll never forget how much he cared about the fans here or when he was accused of sexual harassment by them! Nathan was extremely courageous in what he said about Harry, he better get his hard hat on because solo harries are rabid.
I know what he meant and I think he could be right, Harry has become so huge he is stepping back a bit because he has made millions, doesn’t like the fame wants his privacy etc. he is apparently serious about Taylor Russell so what with meeting the parents etc, he may do an Ed and get married secretly and once he is unavailable I think he could lose a huge chunk of his fans .

Solo harrries are people who are rabid in there defence of Harry even when it is not warranted and usually to the detriment of other members. Not all harries but definitely a large proportion of them.
If fans abandon harry because he settles with a wife/girlfriend its says more of they "so calld fans" then harry himself. I think Harry is to good of a character or maybe dont like conflicts to bring this up. But there are boundaries people!
