Yes she was durable before, but now she more stronger with buff on her deff passive n lifesteal increase, and damage from basic att, 1st skill and ultimate increase too make her more tanky and have more damage now
The buff still can't make me go back to play mlbb again. I just hate the meta, it's so toxic, and it's been 4 or 5 years since mlbb released, and yet we still don't have a real jungle. Support still unnecessary role in a match either, while other mobas make supports a "must" role in every meta

I was about to comment on your Yu Zhong vid "Try Ruby" because she literally has higher sustain than him then this showed up hahaha. Here are some tips: I like *MM emblem* on Ruby more. You can get *20% lifesteal* at the start of the game unlike the fighter talent where it gives you only 20 when getting *enough kills & assists.* And also, MM emblem also has *CD reduc points* that fighter emblem doesn't have so it is bonus points for Ruby. I agree that you use vengeance with its *25% damage reduc* and when you have your *apo queen, it'll turn into 75%* (50+25). And still I haven't mentioned the *additional defense her passive* gives and overall I think Ruby is just broken at this point.

I know that Uranus and thamuz are meta now, however Ruby can still be a decent pick and can be as good as both of them but with a slight edge with ruby's cc.

Lately I have found adding a mask of courage to my ruby build has done wonders for my KDA especially in team fights, as any good ruby player knows. If you have decent support from a couple of fellow team members ruby can survive most fights and I’m often the last one standing in an exchange. And I have found adding the mask helps keep my allies alive and boosting their damage considerably. I would love to know what you think of it. And some feedback if possible.
Betosky: Now ruby a fighter/tank Me who played ruby with tank build since 2017: So i was right all along.. (Its not pure tank but its still my personal preferred. If you dont like tank build, you could used your own personal build. Every Main ruby player Build is different, and i respect all of them 😔)

I feel like Ruby hasn't changed much other than getting more lifesteal than she used to, which is pretty big, I have always been a ruby main from the start, it just makes her more unkillable now than before, and back then she was pretty much unkillable in crowds
@@DwenLang well aside from fighter emblem there's marksman with it you'll have 20% lifesteal at the start of the game and as for builds it really depends on ur playstyle i always go for max cd and lifesteal
She do have more lifesteal now but that is in compensation for being affected by healing reduc items. Unlike Uranus, she can pretty much spam her skills before and not get affected by any healing reduction items. As long as a minion, jungle or enemy hero is hit by her weapon or skills, she can regain health thru lifesteal. Now, enemies can use healing reduc items against her. She's pretty much tanky like uranus now but with healing reduc items, all she is good at now is CC

I was actually able to get by far personally my best epic comeback using Ruby with Betos' tutorial, with a lineup of Ling, Hanzo, Adlous, gator, and Ruby, during the pick my teammates were already toxic and even underestimated me because of my spell, the opposite team then were crushing us badly in the early game, thanks to beto, I was able to manage to kill their mage and carry and mage and also Ruby's regen and croud control skills by that we were able to win. I could have not done that comeback without Betos' tutorials, thanks bro.
She used to be the main pick if you wanted cc, now it's like all the heroes have cc and purify is the only option. It was so funny catching fanny w 2nd skill every time she came through 😂
I recommend: - suport emblem with hybrid regen (why? In late game eats lot of mana with 40% cd reduction even with Endless Battle) -at late game sell boots and buy bloodlost axe or dominance Ice (she doesnt need boots with EB and maxed speed from suport emblem)
Ruby doesn't need bloodlust axe cause she doesnt do spell vamp, she does not have lifesteal on her basic attacks instead on her skills but she uses physical lifesteal equipments like endless batte and haas claw, not spell vamp from bloodlust axe

I've been using Ruby the whole day 😂 it really feels good when you get that right timing using the ulti during clash. Though I don't use her as a tank because most of the players that I encounter always takes tank for granted.
7:11 actually u guys would hv win the fight. 1.if u had charge in with khuf u n ur khuf cc given that u guys r ahead in farm might not go down easily. 2.khuf might hv died for sure cuz he jumped in earlier but would hv sustain a little longer if u had gone too 3. together u guys could hv bought enough time for zhask to come, bcuz when u retreated zhask was halfway. 4.and zhask with core item can ez wipe out given that you guys were 3.6k+ farm ahead edit: just my opinion :v

@@elvatan3191 as long as Ruby has minions to lifesteal from, even Durance Baxia isn't really much of a threat. Her only true weakness is long, hard CC, but tough boots also exists.

Some suggestions from main Ruby hero : 1) Always leap after using skill, you can have additional Armor, i saw beto doesn't leap for sometime 2) Ruby can just solo offlane by herself with building damage build, since you cant trust 100% to your teammates when you are solo rank, so better become damage dealer than a tanker than you still can do something even it is negative situation. (I just want to say when sometime i tank, when the situation become negative, but dmg dealer still dumb alike, doesnt know how to get gold to finance and build up, for a tank, you cant do anything and just watch your teammates dumb-ing 3) Just some suggestions, not to say who's right who's wrong, if you dislike my suggestions, you can just leave, not going to waste time on argument

What do you think about building the lifesteal items (Endless Battle/Haas/Bloodlust axe) over the more traditional tanky items (Dominance Ice/Oracle/etc) on ruby? I am often confused on which I should build first

at 9:13, your passive is active and you can pull one more enemy because your ultimate is not on cooldown and that could have end the game. Play the game short when using Ruby. She is not good late game. I am a Ruby and Chou main by the way :3 PS: nice video on using Vengeance. All battle spells are good with Ruby. I still use the old ult+flicker (my personal favorite) style. I'm experimenting on using the marksman attribute + weaken - so far so good.

Try out my item build. It has crazy amount of damage and durability and decent amount of spellvamp and also maximum CD reduction. 1. Magic boots 2. Endless battle 3. Thunder belt 4. Haas' Claws 5. Queen's Wings 6. Oracle/ Brute Force
In the 9:36 as a ruby player i will choose engaged mm with skill 1 and hook em with skill 3 but first i should bait mm to my skill 3 range and make more chaotic in their base than fallback wait for another momentum. But that wasn't a bad choice either.
Yes, if you can read and understand your enemies moves it is great. BUT most common problem in ML is some allies are not that good at responding, playing safe, or knows how to initiate a fight and even look at the map, specially the rotation and jungle spawn. This problems occur when in SOLO RANK and this types of advices are good example for some players to realize that. Thanks Betozky! I miss your Cyclops~ 😁
I can tell in rank games as a higher rank they will listen to you. Which at that point gives you a big chance of winning. Playing ruby alot of times and learned was enjoyable and nice. Thank you for the tutorial :)
Ruby also works greats with damage build Basically just switch rose gold meteor for the 40% def ignore item and the wings for blade of despair If u get your ult off whatever you hit is gonna die from the combo Except tanks of course

Ruby doesn't need bloodlust axe cause she doesnt do spell vamp, she does not have lifesteal on her basic attacks instead on her skills but she uses physical lifesteal equipments like endless batte and haas claw, not spell vamp from bloodlust axe
@@leonardtagora79 incorrect, she still can benefit from the 20% spellvamp and also is a viable item if your build is lacking in cd. I personally don't use it as my build has 40% cd

I like *MM emblem* on Ruby more. You can get *20% lifesteal* at the start of the game unlike the fighter talent where it gives you *only 12* (max). And also, MM emblem also has *CD reduc points* that fighter emblem doesn't have so it is bonus points for Ruby. I agree that you use vengeance with its *25% damage reduc* and when you have your *apo queen, it'll turn into 75%* (50+25). And still I haven't mentioned the *additional defense her passive* gives and overall I think Ruby is just broken at this point.

A baxia wif necklace of durance tried to 1v1 me but ruby can still manage to kill him with full health
@@elvatan3191 as long as Ruby has minions to lifesteal from, even Durance Baxia isn't really much of a threat. Her only true weakness is long, hard CC, but tough boots also exists.

Some suggestions from main Ruby hero :
1) Always leap after using skill, you can have additional Armor, i saw beto doesn't leap for sometime
2) Ruby can just solo offlane by herself with building damage build, since you cant trust 100% to your teammates when you are solo rank, so better become damage dealer than a tanker than you still can do something even it is negative situation. (I just want to say when sometime i tank, when the situation become negative, but dmg dealer still dumb alike, doesnt know how to get gold to finance and build up, for a tank, you cant do anything and just watch your teammates dumb-ing
3) Just some suggestions, not to say who's right who's wrong, if you dislike my suggestions, you can just leave, not going to waste time on argument

PS: nice video on using Vengeance. All battle spells are good with Ruby. I still use the old ult+flicker (my personal favorite) style. I'm experimenting on using the marksman attribute + weaken - so far so good.

In the 9:36 as a ruby player i will choose engaged mm with skill 1 and hook em with skill 3 but first i should bait mm to my skill 3 range and make more chaotic in their base than fallback wait for another momentum. But that wasn't a bad choice either.

Yes, if you can read and understand your enemies moves it is great.
BUT most common problem in ML is some allies are not that good at responding, playing safe, or knows how to initiate a fight and even look at the map, specially the rotation and jungle spawn.
This problems occur when in SOLO RANK and this types of advices are good example for some players to realize that.
