So where do I start... Yesterday (5/24/2018) I had an appointment at Harborview Foot and Ankle Institute in Seattle, Washington with Dr. Michael Brage. My wife Sheri and I had high hopes that I was going to finally get some relief from the pain I have had for just over two years following surgery on my Achilles. Unfortunately we were told I am not a good candidate for more surgery because there is not enough bone remaining in the heel area. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. Dr. Brage had us watch a video while he left the room and there you were, walking with this device that we had no idea existed. A glimmer of hope has returned. This is still going to be an uphill battle, everyone I have seen in the IDEO videos appear to be younger then me but maybe I will be the older guy that gets to be an inspiration for others. Prayers aren’t always answered the way we thought that they would be answered. Mahalo for making the videos and for the hope and inspiration.

Douglas K McEachran HOORAY!!!!! I remember the morning that I received that email and I was sitting outside of my daughters preschool crying my eyes out thinking of all the possibilities the device could mean for our family. And, now here I am, 2 months after receiving my device...and I just walked around a big amusement park yesterday for 12 hours with my children WITHOUT PAIN and being able to enjoy every moment with them! The last time I went to an amusement I was in an electric scooter. Every day with the ExoSym just keeps getting better and better!!! :) Wishing you all the best Doug!!!!
