Yeah on the original map on Hitman codename 47 speaking to the bartender and lady to distract the gang member to place the tracker to the car was alot more important to find the warehouse and ivan who you give a suitcase to with a tracker to find Boris.I guess they just added it to the second map as a step to find Boris but doesn't seem like an important step in contracts.
