I just keep thinking that the listener, aka the heir, looks completely dead inside during this audio. Emotionless. Pale. Sleepless. Devoid of any happiness and passion. Only ever smiling slightly for the people. Smiling to give them hope, to put on a facade and be the royal heir the people all hope they are. But looking upon Silus, all they do is scowl or remain blank. Whenever he brings up the past, the heir doesn’t even flinch. Not even a slight amount of nostalgia or remorse passing their face.. But that one scene, where the villagers were being dragged away, they looked terrified. Heartbroken. Wanting to help, wanting to save them..but, like all others of the kingdom, they were completely at the mercy of Silus.
"It'll be like old times!" The heir's eyes look down, past the balcony, into the mist that just swallowed the set of armor thrown ruthlessly into it. A relic of the past, like he said. A past when they were close. Friends, even. A past when a life together seemed like a distant possibility. A past that was brutally removed from them, like the head from their father's shoulders. Like their history in a kingdom regarded as a war trophy amongst so many others. Like the sanity of the man next to them, that infamous day he first stepped into the torture chamber. The heir takes a shaky breath, and through a whisper Silus will probably never hear, they speak. *"It will never be like old times."*
(I thought I might add on to it cause it really good but this is for the end) “You can help us take down the king” Those words to the majesty were like a breath of fresh air.They have a chance to take down the one they loved, all the memory they had with Silus they didn’t mean anything any more…freedom for them…revenge for there dad…running the kingdom there way…without a another moment of hesitation they agreed. *“It time to get back my stolen kingdom”*
It's heartbreaking, But its clear the man I once knew is long since mad. "They''ll understand?" *They'll understand?* Whats to understand? Fulheim has taken the one I cared about and twisted him thus. They murdered him and I don't even have the bittersweet courtesy of burying a body. And they're still doing it. They've poisoned my knight's honor and legacy turned him to usurpation and murdered my father. They've turned him into a monster. I'm not mad but I will get even.
Imagine how devistated/furious Silas would be should when the heir escapes that they go to their (ex?)fiancé and marry them to get the treaty their father was promised for his child’s hand.
I feel incredibly conflicted here. I really feel for Silas and what he had to go through, but at the same time I don't think I can forgive the things he's done. Ahhh, I don't know....
God- I can just imagine how the listener feels right now... Something along the lines of "you aren't my friend, my friend died in the war to the empire. You're a snake that's taken his place." It's all very entertaining and I can't wait for the other shoe to drop

You know, I used to think that the listeners father was an asshole. But I'm starting to think that less and less. I don't think the old king didn't care about the people that died. He just didn't want to be under Fulheims thumb. What a awesome story.
I really hope that the Fullheim king asks for the hier (our) execution. After all, they can't allow to have anything that resembles the past kingdom. And since i give people hope... Do it king. Break Silus! God I love this series
Little do we know, When the knight threw his armor in the sea, it fell apon a single clam, killing it on impact, yes, but the magical pearl that the clam was brewing inside, enchanted the armor. Which saved the armor from complete perish. In fact, the pearl's enchantment had not only saved it, but recrafted the simple iron into an almost indestructible piece of metal. Sadly, the armor drifted away among the waves. To be used by another bloody, or honorable day.
Even though I love Silas' story... HE'S GOING DOWN!! Tl;dr: Silas is a yandere dumbutt and actually had a chance for a good ending... In all seriousness, I do hope that there's a more merciful ending. My biggest hope rn is that he gains some sort of amnesia that rewinds his memories back before he left for the war but that is just wishful thinking. I do believe that the heir did love Silas once upon a time and was trying to convince their father to instead raise a treaty instead of resorting to marriage. They were going to explain the entire situation to him before he went all psycho and killed their father. But I do hope that they at least try to get it through his skull that what he's doing is wrong... or worst case scenario devise a plan to run away with Lucien and help with the rebellion. Silas is his own worst enemy, and that is what he has to realize. He could have possibly had a chance to marry or at least be in some romantic relationship with the heir but instead he had to succumb to his evil ambitions and turn the heir against him. It's tragic to figure out and knowing Pebbles... this won't end nicely with a little bow on top. All in all, this is a really nice story Pebbles!! Lots of intrigue and lots of layers to the presented characters. I can't wait to see how this ends!

I honesty was tearing up and get a bit of a panic attack with the yelling from the trial, but worth it. I story is amazing with all the different emotions it bring out
my heart aches. He was returning to me. The man before the war. I saw him. He is there. He can be a good man, a good king & take the kingdom back. He needs me. I can’t betray him. I must find a way to free him from the depths of darkness of a warriors soul & release the warriors heart of love and light. He fought for me, he suffered for me, he gave everything for me & believes he still is. If only I can break the bonds of his wounds he will see this..this is not the way. Our kingdom, that built by our people, our culture is countless generations of us. His own father & mine died for it. He fought for it. His own men, his brothers in arms were lost upon those battle fields at his side. They fought for him & he for them. Countless stories torn from history to end to soon leaving broken hearts of their loves their families behind. Those men fought to protect those left behind shattered by loss. Not for the kingdom, not for a king but to protect the safety & the freedom of the people of whom they are all apart from being engulfed by an empire. One determined to take away its history, its unique heritage, its culture and all that makes it home. The bonds of the people to these colors, the coat of arms, the flags are deep not because of a design but what they symbolize. The centuries of sacrifices, the triumphs & defeats, the good and bad all of it.. it symbolizes community, family, love & loss ... it symbolizes HOME. Our kingdom is HOME. It’s who we are. He must see that. He always knew and I believe its inside him still. I must open my heart to allow him to release his once again. He can do whats right. If only I can help him see everything he did for me will be for naught should everything be tossed aside. We will be here but a while, but should he love me as I know he does. How can he protect me when he will surely be destroyed either by our own subjects or the empire? If he see’s in my eyes the pain I suffered thinking I had lost him in battle could he allow me that pain once again with no say? My best friend. My love. I must first try.. try to melt his heart from this cold dark abyss. If he is truly lost in this darkness unable to escape I know not what I’d do. Yet, if the man I love is unable to awaken he is no longer alive but existing in that hell. I can’t let him destroy all he fought to once protect. Even if everything inside me will suffer it will be knowing the man he was would never have wanted this and that my sacrifice, my pain and heartache would come no matter my hope. Should mine be lost i pray let the people’s hope be kept for generations more. I just hope so deeply in my soul I can reach him. My knight. My love before its to late. I know he is in there. But is my love strong enough? Can I forgive? His scars are deep as are mine. Our story is being written. I just hope no matter our end it will tell of soulmates that once were. Be it forged deeper together or torn asunder. A story of love molded by our lives once lived in a time of tragedy and turmoil. I think the best part of this is the fact that you understand his motives for his actions and that they're traditionally good. He has kinda gone mental and is betraying the kingdom but he and we know that at the end of the day, he is doing this with the best intentions.
Exactly!! You go to see Silus at his best when the village woman was singing his praise and then at his worst when he resorted to capital punishment to keep order. Now that we know rebels are in the kingdom we'll have to wait and see what happens! 😊
And the plot thickens! This is such a compelling story! I want to hope there’s still good in the knight but I can’t help but feel conflicted and think he’s wrong to give up hope… looking forward to more!
I heard the music at the begining and immediately thought of Davy Jones. I heard it again and my suspicions were confirmed when he mentioned the locket. I can actually see alot of similarities between Davy Jones and Silus, both have done terrible things to try and make their love happy. I love how this story is progressing, the conflicts arising, and how Silus is changing. It genuinely warmed my heart to experiment those moments in the market. I love how this story uses the concepts of succession and power. Totally accurate for the new king to be pursuing a hand in marriage with the heir (whether he wants it or not), to legitimize his reign with the people. Furthermore, any population will be split between defending their land and ending a war. Nobody wants war. It sounds like even if there is a revolution, the kingdom will surely lose to the empire if they succeed with a coup.

During the trial, I kept balling my hands onto fists behind my back since it still hurts how the people of the kingdom are so easily killed, I imagine my character so desperately keeping a neutral expression for both parties sake but it kept cracking into helplessness as I hear the screams of them getting dragged away Holy shit your writing and everyone's part as the characters are far too wonderful to be experienced-
Well dam, I get he's angry about things of the past but I'd thought he'd at least want to remember some of it considering he's hanging onto the "old times" with his childhood friend. But at least he's helped the kingdom, so he's done a good job as a king (for the most part) even if not so much as a partner. Maybe he can not execute a girl just because of her father's beliefs though? That would be good.

I kinda wish we had more time among the people without the king to see what they all really thought of the transition. It’s barbaric from what we’ve seen so far, but when the shopkeep approached us to say how good it was I questioned it but on the other hand, I almost thought maybe she was hired by the king to say that.
I come from a long line of sea fairing folk. So all I can think is that maybe the princess escapes aboard a sympathetic pirate ship. The ship's captain being part siren,is able to use blood magic to make the princess able to be a siren as well. Many years pass and she becomes happy,able to swordfight and use a gun. Soon the King of the sea takes notice of her and asks her to be his wife. She accepts on the condition he helps her get revenge for her father. He agrees and they wed. A few months after the wedding,she allows the peasantry to see her along the shoreline,dressed in tattered rags. News spreads to the knight,now king,and guards bring her in. He is elated to see the woman he loves after years of being alone. But when his eyes clear of his tears,he truly sees her. She looks thin and is a sickly pale,scars from his torture decorate her body,but so do odd symbols and tattoos. She doesnt smile that kind and loving smile he remembers,but instead she smirks and there is a murderous glint in her eye. Her eyes hold the same fury that her fathers did. The same amount of madness too. "I am not yours and never can be yours,for I have married a king greater than you. No empire can take his land for he has no land. And no empire can send spies for they are human and can not breathe the blessed ocean waters." The princess states as she walks closer to the man she once did everything with. "I have come to tell you,the king of the ocean and rivers,the king of the sirens,mermaids,and Selkies has declared war on every kingdom who dared to go against my father." Her smile is gleeful yet cruel. "As for the monster who betrayed me,betrayed my father,betrayed my people, death is too easy of a punishment for you, you shall be forced to watch as every one of your supporters,every one of those you love, drown." The Knight can hardly beleive that his love,his darling love, wants him to suffer such a fate or that she would do such a thing. The peasents worry of themselves and chatter worriedly."No harm will come to my people,for even if the waters drag them under,they shall be able to breathe,no single innocent will be harmed or perish." She says,instantly calming her people. The princess smiles as she turns to leave,stopping only to give a final look at the man she used to care for more than anything. "I used to love you,ya know. I would have been happy to be your bride. I could have talked father into a marriage you know. But all my love...all my care for you, it died the moment my father's head rolled to the ground and his blood pooled at my feet. My father may have died that day physically. But he wasn't the only one who died in this room. You killed me...the old me that is...you killed the girl who was and replaced her with a woman who is." And then she vanished from sight. Guards shouting in horror and peasants weeping as the ocean appears to rise. Water fills the castle grounds and fires are doused with salt water. Soon he hears the distant songs of sirens and Merfolk. He did this. She's right and he knows it. The armor he wears...it isnt his...where is his armor? In peices at the bottom of the moat...what a fool he was...

Edit at the end of the video: OOOOOOOOOOO what if the heir was kinda dead inside due to the situation until the rebel showed up and now has new life devoted to taking down Silus AND Fulheim along with other kingdoms, falling in love with the rebel who came for them and it drives Silus even more insane with rage and despair because he loses the heir regardless of what he does.
Finally! A way to overrun all of this mess. My Father's dead, everyone's death won't be in vain. You must be a fool Silus. To think anything will be like before, to think you have any real control, to think you can protect anyone here...

The ambience and story here reminds me of RE 8 Lady Dimitrescu. And the lore/history that is slightly put into this story is interesting. The prince also makes it really chilling and eerie. I love this kind of audio rp... Actually this entire yandere knight series is my fave series. 💖
I understand both sides, Silus' and the listener's. Silus just wants the listener to be happy and therefore wants to release their city from any war since he had experienced first hand what war can really be like. Though, the listener doesn't want all the pain and suffering of others FROM war to go to waste and their sacrifice be for nothing, therefore trying their best not to let their city turn into an empire.
I wonder how would our knight react if the Fulheim King ask our knight to kill us because he believes that we are a liability that would start a rebelion to bring back the old kingdom

Tl;dr: Silas is a yandere dumbutt and actually had a chance for a good ending...
In all seriousness, I do hope that there's a more merciful ending. My biggest hope rn is that he gains some sort of amnesia that rewinds his memories back before he left for the war but that is just wishful thinking. I do believe that the heir did love Silas once upon a time and was trying to convince their father to instead raise a treaty instead of resorting to marriage. They were going to explain the entire situation to him before he went all psycho and killed their father. But I do hope that they at least try to get it through his skull that what he's doing is wrong... or worst case scenario devise a plan to run away with Lucien and help with the rebellion.
Silas is his own worst enemy, and that is what he has to realize. He could have possibly had a chance to marry or at least be in some romantic relationship with the heir but instead he had to succumb to his evil ambitions and turn the heir against him. It's tragic to figure out and knowing Pebbles... this won't end nicely with a little bow on top.
All in all, this is a really nice story Pebbles!! Lots of intrigue and lots of layers to the presented characters. I can't wait to see how this ends!

One determined to take away its history, its unique heritage, its culture and all that makes it home. The bonds of the people to these colors, the coat of arms, the flags are deep not because of a design but what they symbolize. The centuries of sacrifices, the triumphs & defeats, the good and bad all of it.. it symbolizes community, family, love & loss ... it symbolizes HOME.
Our kingdom is HOME. It’s who we are. He must see that. He always knew and I believe its inside him still. I must open my heart to allow him to release his once again. He can do whats right. If only I can help him see everything he did for me will be for naught should everything be tossed aside. We will be here but a while, but should he love me as I know he does. How can he protect me when he will surely be destroyed either by our own subjects or the empire? If he see’s in my eyes the pain I suffered thinking I had lost him in battle could he allow me that pain once again with no say? My best friend. My love.
I must first try.. try to melt his heart from this cold dark abyss. If he is truly lost in this darkness unable to escape I know not what I’d do. Yet, if the man I love is unable to awaken he is no longer alive but existing in that hell. I can’t let him destroy all he fought to once protect. Our story is being written. I just hope no matter our end it will tell of soulmates that once were. Be it forged deeper together or torn asunder. A story of love molded by our lives once lived in a time of tragedy and turmoil. Not a fairly tale filled with nothing but joy but a story of life as it is beautiful and broken, victory and defeat, pain & love. Our lives like intertwined together so tightly yet pierced by the thorns of world around us of which we have so little control. I think the best part of this is the fact that you understand his motives for his actions and that they're traditionally good. He has kinda gone mental and is betraying the kingdom but he and we know that at the end of the day, he is doing this with the best intentions.
Exactly!! You go to see Silus at his best when the village woman was singing his praise and then at his worst when he resorted to capital punishment to keep order.

I heard the music at the begining and immediately thought of Davy Jones. I heard it again and my suspicions were confirmed when he mentioned the locket. I can actually see alot of similarities between Davy Jones and Silus, both have done terrible things to try and make their love happy.
I love how this story is progressing, the conflicts arising, and how Silus is changing. It genuinely warmed my heart to experiment those moments in the market. Incredible video as always PebblesASMR, keep up the great work and have a wonderful day 👍

I love how this story uses the concepts of succession and power.
Totally accurate for the new king to be pursuing a hand in marriage with the heir (whether he wants it or not), to legitimize his reign with the people. Furthermore, any population will be split between defending their land and ending a war. Nobody wants war.
It sounds like even if there is a revolution, the kingdom will surely lose to the empire if they succeed with a coup.

During the trial, I kept balling my hands onto fists behind my back since it still hurts how the people of the kingdom are so easily killed, I imagine my character so desperately keeping a neutral expression for both parties sake but it kept cracking into helplessness as I hear the screams of them getting dragged away

I come from a long line of sea fairing folk. So all I can think is that maybe the princess escapes aboard a sympathetic pirate ship. The ship's captain being part siren,is able to use blood magic to make the princess able to be a siren as well. Many years pass and she becomes happy,able to swordfight and use a gun. Soon the King of the sea takes notice of her and asks her to be his wife. She accepts on the condition he helps her get revenge for her father. He agrees and they wed. A few months after the wedding,she allows the peasantry to see her along the shoreline,dressed in tattered rags. News spreads to the knight,now king,and guards bring her in. He is elated to see the woman he loves after years of being alone. But when his eyes clear of his tears,he truly sees her. She looks thin and is a sickly pale,scars from his torture decorate her body,but so do odd symbols and tattoos. She doesnt smile that kind and loving smile he remembers,but instead she smirks and there is a murderous glint in her eye. Her eyes hold the same fury that her fathers did. The same amount of madness too. "I am not yours and never can be yours,for I have married a king greater than you. No empire can take his land for he has no land. And no empire can send spies for they are human and can not breathe the blessed ocean waters." The princess states as she walks closer to the man she once did everything with. "I have come to tell you,the king of the ocean and rivers,the king of the sirens,mermaids,and Selkies has declared war on every kingdom who dared to go against my father." Her smile is gleeful yet cruel. "As for the monster who betrayed me,betrayed my father,betrayed my people, death is too easy of a punishment for you, you shall be forced to watch as every one of your supporters,every one of those you love, drown." The Knight can hardly beleive that his love,his darling love, wants him to suffer such a fate or that she would do such a thing. The peasents worry of themselves and chatter worriedly."No harm will come to my people,for even if the waters drag them under,they shall be able to breathe,no single innocent will be harmed or perish." She says,instantly calming her people. The princess smiles as she turns to leave,stopping only to give a final look at the man she used to care for more than anything. "I used to love you,ya know. I would have been happy to be your bride. I could have talked father into a marriage you know. But all my love...all my care for you, it died the moment my father's head rolled to the ground and his blood pooled at my feet. My father may have died that day physically. But he wasn't the only one who died in this room. You killed me...the old me that is...you killed the girl who was and replaced her with a woman who is." And then she vanished from sight. Guards shouting in horror and peasants weeping as the ocean appears to rise. Water fills the castle grounds and fires are doused with salt water. Soon he hears the distant songs of sirens and Merfolk. He did this. She's right and he knows it. The armor he wears...it isnt his...where is his armor? In peices at the bottom of the moat...what a fool he was...

No because like Silus calling me "your highness" hurts so bad because whilst I can't quite imagine what it felt like before he became like this (although I'm assuming it's positive) but it hurts since he's given up so much of what our character had believed in for what he believes to be what's best for us

Oooo what if Fulheim decides that in order to fully keep the kingdom at rest, he wants to marry the listener, so Silus has to give her up to him, that'd absolutely crush Silus and would be a really interesting twist that could lead into a lot of cool plots!
Edit at the end of the video: OOOOOOOOOOO what if the heir was kinda dead inside due to the situation until the rebel showed up and now has new life devoted to taking down Silus AND Fulheim along with other kingdoms, falling in love with the rebel who came for them and it drives Silus even more insane with rage and despair because he loses the heir regardless of what he does.
this man really isn’t the same since his capture huh crazier soul in the same body kind of vibes. Love the voice acting!

I understand both sides, Silus' and the listener's. Silus just wants the listener to be happy and therefore wants to release their city from any war since he had experienced first hand what war can really be like. Though, the listener doesn't want all the pain and suffering of others FROM war to go to waste and their sacrifice be for nothing, therefore trying their best not to let their city turn into an empire.
