For those who don't know, when you attack a sector it picks a sector you own NEAR the target, not simply your current sector. So, you cannot just hop into Salt Flats and jump to any random sector with full inventory. It does show the launch sector name so you CAN export what you need to it, then attack when ready. Which is why speed running through all the low and medium sectors is not as simple as you might think.
Challenge: Attack 1 sector that is next to a storyline sector. 1 from each. Priorytize bases and higher threat level sector. You don't have to take them at the same time but you have to do it in 1 video. I allow you to skip sector 24. Comments under this comment can be additional challenges/modifiers.
You have to take "Overgrowth" and the base next to it "133" if I remember correctly. You can leave "Planetary Lounch Terminal" and the sectors next to it.

i would recommend u to get the time control mod so that u dont have to wait a long time to get stuff to launch to a sector
The problem with time control mod is that if you set speed to max ALL YOUR UNITS WILL DISSAPEAR! (Flying ones only)

Salt flats is ideal as export hub because you have a gigantic area with no resources
Challenge: support units are weapons (except for the Nova Tree) and flares follow the player
