I'm a truck driver, so I'm almost never at home. At first, I used to hate cooking and do the chores when I came back, and I felt like I was wasting my time instead of relax. But, since I discovered your videos, I have learnt to like every single moment I'm at home. I have made some recipes, and now I find relaxing spending time at kitchen. I have started thinking less about do the chores and more about the final result and how good I feel when everything is clean. I have found peace and now I feel replenish when I come back to the truck. Thank you for teaching all of us to appreciate all these little moments. Kisses from Spain!

Don't feel discouraged about your baking, your cake is very cute! I think a lot of folks often fall into the mindset of, "if I get these tools, I'll be better right away!". These tools will totally make it easier on you but also practice is what makes us better at the craft we're wanting to do, so keep at it! I would love to see you bake some more cakes in the future if that is what you wish to do. ^_^ I believe in you! And thank you for all the videos you post. They have helped me get my butt back into gear after a very few hard years where I ended up in a bad depression. I now have a nice space again because I was able to get the inspiration I needed!
I love your videos. You are so quiet and calm in everything you do, here in Europe we have the culture of "hurry up, you're late" and we never try to create some special moments for ourselves, like being in a bakery and eating a cake with Earl Grey or simply try to relax. I have always appreciated oriental mentality. Everything seems so balanced, slow, measured. You have such a beautiful well-cared house and you dress in a beautiful way, and I like the fact you don't show your face, because it keeps the attention focused on what you do and not on who you are. I think you're a Fairy, anyway. 😊

Every weekend I try to clean my room as best as possible ( this weekend it will be on Sunday because today I have to go grocery shopping). My sister gave to me her old wirelesd vacuum cleaner. I was planning on buying one myself, but I surely appreciate the one she gave to me, so I won't have to get a new one right now. I don't know about which brand to recommend, but ypu have to see which specifications you like best. The one that I have only hols 4 hours of charge (maybe because is old). I like that in bends in different ways, so it can reach very well underneath the furniture. Happy Valentine's day to you too!

But when you set your Valentine's Day meal out on your table, there was so much love pouring from it all that it was one of the most beautiful meals I'd ever seen. But when you set your Valentine's Day meal out on your table, there was so much love pouring from it all that it was one of the most beautiful meals I'd ever seen. And then you brought out your cake with the little misshapen flowers and the shaky handwritten note (in English, even!). This whole video brought me so much joy.
