Here's a trick choose smackdown and hire the popular divas then job them to your cruiserweights and champions until they're almost zero. Release them and raw will hire them automatically and their ratings will drop.
The AI dont seem to hire anyone below a certain popularity. While I do think using jobbers is a legit strategy to build up popularity of people you actually want to keep, I don't believe what you posted works.
If you know or watched the show then you can have an idea about their specialty. Like if you want a kickass ladder match you put someone like Edge or Christian. Hell in a Cell Triple H or Taker. Submission match Kurt Angle vs Chris Benoit.
Yeah I basically try to do this but dont expect results. Stuff like putting submission matches with Bret Hart is cool but in general I like to just use submission matches to break up strings of singles matches to keep things interesting. Im sure a lot of these things matter so little and have a very negligible effect on the final results of your ratings/fan support which is all that really matters in this mode (apart from fantasy booking)@@JBHtown1646

You can use divas in Ironman matches
Okay but you still cant use them for hell in a cell, steel cage, TLC, tables, first blood, hardcore, etc. just really limits your options
How I check Superstars Specialties?
I think its in the superstar infos, look at 51:24 and go to "status'"
