That was an incredibly scary tip over! Great Team effort on retrieving Jason and his bike! Awesome job patching the tire to make it rideable! You solved two nightmares in that spot! I would love more details on the tire patch (power bar wrapper, gorilla tape, and tube?).

Oh how I miss Tucson!! Lemon Drop is cool can't wait to see your video of the entire thing. Prison Camp trail which is one of the ones you did near the bottom used to be a weekday training ride up and down it for me back in the day. Another great shuttle there is Red Ridge. You start above the lift again but when the trail pass the bottom of ski run you cross the road and entrer Red Ridge Trail this will take you down the backside of MT. Lemmon then you climb Charleau gap and descend to 50 year trail. 30 miles of dirt 92% downhill fun! Love your videos of my old stomping grounds!
Its Listed as CDO on The REI MTB project ap. Torca recently did a lot of work to the trail. Haven't ridden it yet myself but its a fitness goal to be able to tackle it.
Have not been there in years but I think CDO is a different trail from Red Ridge but not sure. It does look like they end up at the same place but I don't think they take the same path in getting there.
lemon drop is so Amazing. The hike-a-bike back to Miligrosa is HORID , esp after green mtn and bugs....but if you survive it all the payoff is worth it!!!! great footage; awesome day on the bikes. So much fun to watch you shred and enjoy the whole process ; the good and the not so good parts!!!!

Jason's bike falling off the edge of the cliff looked like a flat pedal commercial on why not to wear clips. I'm glad he's alright. This trail looks like a lot of fun.
I live here in Phoenix so know it all too well. Brushed by a few here and there in the arm or leg, luckily never anything too bad. Pulled way more jumping cholla from dogs then my self!
Riding down Secret and Sunset is much more fun. Highly recommend doing a Lemmon Meringue as people call it so you can ride those trails in the fun direction.
The Mt is called Lemmon Drop....not Jason Drop. Be careful! That was some scary stuff. Glad all 3 of you made it out unscathed, minus tore up tires. Nice vid as always...looks like you guys are having a good time in Arizona. Cheers.

Wow, what kind of tires did Jason have? Haha Edit: Continental X-King ProTection 2.2, noted. Online reviews say the rubber on those was pretty brittle, knobs falling off after 100mi, etc

Great Video! So glad no one got hurt. Definitely dodged a bullet on Incinerator. Checkout TORCA.org. They're the ones responsible for cutting trees off those trails and all the maintenance on MT. Lemmon. Also, homegrownmtb.com can take care of the shuttle for you guys and even show you the other two t2b rides off the back side of Lemmon. Easier trails with even worse route finding but equally as Fun! Cheers!

Global warming causes more severe weather patterns in general. In Tucson that looks like more intense draughts (i.e no snow and extra hot summers), but yeah severe storms can also be a symptom 🌍😥

It was pretty sketchy but once we got enough air in it (after the second flat) it held up surprisingly well...
It was something, the tape on the outside turned out to be a bad idea. But, like they said, the second fitting with more air got us all the way.
