Visualization of big picture is crucial here. 1. Your starting position is same as traditional way. Jermy first throw the strap on back part of butterfly , and throw the hook which is one part of the butterfly, then go on other side and slid the strap under hook and throw second part of butterfly. This might not make sense to all but our brain is wired differently and this help me smoothly transition from traditional way that had me look liek a circus clown in and out of those. Thank you they are now my fav 😍
